Abstract: A server (1), acts as a proxy between a user desiring to hold an event and a facility where the event takes place, for supporting arrangements of an event manager. The server comprises a communications module for communications between a user client (2a, 2b) for providing the user with an accessing function to a network and a facility client (3) serving as an information processing device of the facility on the network, a user information recording module (12) for recording information on the user, a facility information recording module (14) for recording information on the facility, and a control unit (11). The control unit (11) receives an event planing request notification from a first user client (2a), searches for a facility suited to this event, transmits a reservation-for-use notification to the facility client (3) searched, and notifies a second user client (2b) of a notice of the event.
