  • Patent number: 6778384
Abstract: According to this invention, when a user presses a manipulation part, a slider is pressed to a cardholder integrated with the manipulation part to move against a spring force of coil springs, which releases engagement of a protruding part at a center of a heart-shaped cam with a pin. When the manipulation part is released from being pressed, the cardholder is pushed out by the coil springs through the slider, and the manipulation part protrudes from a surface of an instrument panel. When the user holds the manipulation part to pull it out, a force acts on second pawls from first pawls through slant faces, which bends rods to release engagement of the first pawls with the second pawls.

  • Patent number: 5227222
Abstract: An in-mold decorated illumination panel including an indicator sheet, an ink printed layer formed on a back surface of the indicator sheet, the ink printed layer having a printed indicator portion, and a molded layer formed on a back surface of the ink printed layer by injection molding, wherein the printed indicator portion is illuminated from the back surface of the ink printed layer to effect indication of the printed indicator portion on a front surface of the indicator sheet. An ink dissolution preventing sheet is interposed between the ink printed layer and the molded layer for preventing ink of the printed indicator portion from being dissolved away by pressure of a molding material in the injection molding.

  • Patent number: 4771725
Abstract: In a push button indicating device including a first slide member having an operational portion formed with an indicating portion on a front surface thereof, a second slide member slidably supported to the first slide member and having a substantially sectional L-shaped rotational member rotatably mounted on the side of the indicating portion, the rotational member having a light transmitting plate and a light shielding plate, a frame for slidably supporting the first slide member, and a lock for restricting a sliding position of the first slide member, wherein at least two positions of the first slide member are selected between a depressed position where the light transmitting plate faces the indicating portion and an undepressed position where the light shielding plate faces the indicating portion; the improvement comprises a light guiding member provided in the second slide member for guiding light to the rotational member, and a light transmitting hole formed through at least both of the first slide memb
