  • Publication number: 20050087850
Abstract: There is disclosed a wiringboard comprising a core substrate 110, a build-up layer 130a formed on at least one side of main surfaces the core substrate, wherein a cavity 120 for accommodating a chip-type decoupling capacitor 121 is formed in the build-up layer 130a. The capacitor 121 includes electrode terminals on an upper surface thereof that are directly connected to a semiconductor component, and electrode terminals on a back surface of the capacitor 121 is connected to a wiring conductor layer 132a on a bottom surface of the cavity 120. This structure enables decoupling capacitor and the semiconductor component 260 to be connected with low resistance and low inductance.

  • Publication number: 20020002805
Abstract: A bonding member 1 comprising a metallic plate 2 formed as a small piece onto which a hot melt adhesive layer 3 is formed at least one side of said metallic plate 2, and a gypsum board mounting method for mounting a gypsum board 5 using the bonding member 1, comprising: fixing said bonding member 5 temporarily; pushing said gypsum board 5, heating the metallic plate 2 with electromagnetic induction to melt said hot melt adhesive layer 3; and thereby allowing the gypsum board 5 to be bonded easily without noise. The bonded gypsum board 5 can be recycled because it can be peeled off easily with melting the adhesive layer 3 without damage of the board.

  • Patent number: 3970739
Abstract: The process involves stripping ammonium nitrogens and organic materials, as gases, which are present in process waste waters to be discharged from plants wherein gases for use in ammonia synthesis are manufactured by reforming hydrocarbons with steam, decomposing the organic materials selectively in the presence of a catalyst at a temperature of about 120.degree. to 400.degree. C., mixing the remaining gases with the flue gases from said plants so as to provide a gaseous mixture having ammonia therein in an amount of about 0.3 to 10 moles per mole of nitrogen oxides present in the flue gases, reacting the gaseous mixture over a catalyst at a temperature of about 150.degree. to 700.degree. C. and oxidizing the unreacted ammonia, if any, in the presence of a catalyst at a temperature of about 150.degree. to 700.degree. C. to render the nocuous substances innocuous.
