  • Publication number: 20240142477
Abstract: Provided is an automatic analyzer without necessity of manual air vent in a pump. This automatic analyzer comprises a water supply tank, a supply path connected to each mechanism of an automatic analyzer from the water supply tank, a water supply pump which supplies water to each mechanism from the water supply tank through the supply path, a detector which detects abnormality in the supply path, a waste liquid path branched from the supply path in a branch pipe provided in the supply path, a relief valve provided in the waste liquid path, and a control unit which controls the operation of each mechanism in the automatic analyzer, in which the control unit opens the relief valve while driving the water supply pump, based on the abnormality in the supply path detected by the detector.

  • Patent number: 11911850
Abstract: A pillar delivery method is a method for delivering a plurality of pillars onto a substrate, including a glass panel, to manufacture a glass panel unit. The pillar delivery method includes an irradiation step, a holding step, and a mounting step. The irradiation step includes setting, over a holder, a sheet for use to form pillars and irradiating the sheet with a laser beam to punch out the plurality of pillars. The holding step includes having the plurality of pillars, which have been punched out of the sheet, held by the holder. The mounting step includes picking up some or all of the plurality of pillars from the holder and mounting the pillars onto the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11913277
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a glass panel unit includes an assembling step, a bonding step, a gas exhausting step, a sealing step, and an activating step. The bonding step includes melting a peripheral wall in a baking furnace at a first predetermined temperature to hermetically bond a first glass pane and a second glass pane together with the peripheral wall thus melted. The gas exhausting step includes exhausting a gas from an internal space through an exhaust port in the baking furnace to turn the internal space into a vacuum space. The sealing step includes locally heating to a temperature higher than a second predetermined temperature, and thereby melting, either a port sealing material or an exhaust pipe to seal the exhaust port and thereby obtain a work in progress. The activating step includes activating a gas adsorbent after the sealing step to obtain a glass panel unit.

  • Publication number: 20220045334
Abstract: A resin current collector is a current collector for a positive electrode of a lithium ion battery. This resin current collector includes a polyolefin resin and a conductive carbon filler. With this resin current collector, a value obtained by dividing the yield point strength in the TD (Traverse Direction) by the yield point strength in the MD (Machine Direction) is at least 0.75 and at most 1.10, and the ten-point average roughness Rz in the TD is less than 4 ?m.

  • Patent number: 5268725
Abstract: A sheet member conveying device is equipped with an endless sheet member conveyor belt composed of a semiconductor material and an electrical charging device which electrically charges the sheet member conveyor belt in order to transfer a toner image formed on the surface of a rotary drum onto a sheet member at a toner image transfer position. The sheet member conveyor belt is put around a plurality of rollers and moves from the toner image transfer position toward a sheet member peeling position. A grounding device is provided between the toner image transfer position and the sheet member peeling position along the sheet member conveyor belt in order to decrease the surface potential which is due to the charge of the sheet member conveyor belt.
