  • Patent number: 7492398
Abstract: A three-dimensional input apparatus for generating data specifying the shape of an object by receiving the light from the object is disclosed. The detection light is irradiated toward the object by a projector so as to scan a virtual surface. An image sensing device detects the light reflected from the object. A controller thins out data and outputs it to the image sensing device in a direction corresponding to the main scanning direction of the virtual surface of the image sensing device. The controller also controls the image sensing device such that the light-receiving signal is repeatedly read on a line along the direction of movement of the received detection light in an effective area constituting a part of the image sensing surface thereby to read the light-receiving signal in the effective area.

  • Publication number: 20090021589
Abstract: The correction amounts of respective correction units 37 of first and second shake correction amount deriving units 38, 39 are alternately employed in every short period composed of a time shorter than a period up to a timing at which it is contemplated that the output from a first HPF 31 is approximately stabilized after a switch S1 is turned on, and the signals of shake correction amounts, which are obtained by subjecting the outputs from first integration units 35 to a correction of the correction amounts, are alternately employed as drive signals to be output to the X-axis and Y-axis actuators 27, 28. With this arrangement, a shake correction amount deriving unit, which is operated later than a shake correction amount deriving unit operated just before it, can derive a shake correction amount based on a state in which a first HPF 31 has a smaller output error.

  • Patent number: 7075210
Abstract: In a piezoelectric actuator, a first driving signal amplified a predetermined sine wave is applied to a piezoelectric device in a direction parallel to a polarization direction thereof. A second driving signal having a negative phase with respect to the first driving signal which is amplified the sine wave is applied to the piezoelectric device in a direction opposite to the polarization direction. Thus, the piezoelectric device is driven by a driving signal amplified the first or second driving signal double. Voltages of the first and second driving signals are much smaller than a voltage of inversion of polarization of ceramic thin plates constituting the piezoelectric device.
