  • Publication number: 20220084183
Abstract: A plurality of captured images is acquired while changing a light illumination state. Each captured image is compared with a corresponding reference image to acquire a region where the captured image is darker than the reference image as a dark defect candidate region. From each of a plurality of captured images, a region where the captured image is lighter than the reference image is acquired as a lightness/darkness inverted region. Among the dark defect candidate regions, those that do not overlap by a prescribed criterion or more with any of the lightness/darkness inverted regions are excluded from defect candidates, and then the presence of a defect is acquired on the basis of the defect candidate regions. This suppresses over-detection of defects arising from, for example, grime on the surface during external appearance inspection.

  • Publication number: 20220084188
Abstract: A first acquisition unit acquires three-dimensional model information related to a three-dimensional model of an inspection object and inspection region information related to an inspection region in the three-dimensional model. A second acquisition unit acquires position attitude information regarding a position and an attitude of an imaging unit and the inspection object in an inspection apparatus. A designation unit creates region designation information for designating an inspection image region corresponding to the inspection region for a captured image that can be acquired by imaging of the inspection object by the imaging unit based on the three-dimensional model information, the inspection region information, and the position attitude information.

  • Publication number: 20210306357
Abstract: A copy unit (11c) copies packets received from a network. A compression unit (11d) compresses the payload of each of the copied packets and transfers each of the compressed packets to a security apparatus (20a). A storage unit stores filter information identifying the attack packet detected by the security apparatus, and a discarding unit (11a) uses the filter information to discard the attack packet. The storage unit stores an assignment rule designating a processing method for each predetermined flow of the network traffic, and an assignment unit (11b) uses the assignment rule to assign each of the packets received from the network to a copy unit (11c) or to another security apparatus (20b), for each of the predetermined flows.

  • Patent number: 11074684
Abstract: A high-frequency component removing part removes high-frequency components from a first object image obtained by picking up an image of an object and a first reference image, to acquire a second object image and a second reference image, respectively. A correction part corrects a value of each pixel of at least one of the first object image and the first reference image on the basis of a discrepancy, which is a ratio or a difference, between a value of the corresponding pixel of the second object image and a value of the corresponding pixel of the second reference image. A comparison part compares the first object image with the first reference image, to thereby detect a defect area in the first object image.

  • Patent number: 10625266
Abstract: An embodiment of a reagent container includes a bottle with a pipe to reduce the effects of reagent sloshing. The bottle has an elongated base and an opposed cover connected by side walls and an end wall. A flat platform surrounded by a raised rim lies in the base opposite an opening in the cover. A ribbed pipe frictionally fits within the bottle opening and may attach to the anchor region leaving vent passages around the pipe. The pipe includes an aperture adjacent to the anchor region and oriented toward the end wall so that sloshed fluid has only a small effect on the level of reagent in the pipe during transfers. A modified blow molding process produces the anchor region by extending a pin a predetermined distance into a mold while the molded material is still plastic.
