  • Patent number: 11944997
Abstract: A surface decoration structure includes an undercoat film, a silver mirror film layer, and a topcoat film formed on a surface of a substrate. The silver mirror film layer includes a film of stacked nanometer-sized silver particles having surfaces coated with a polymer dispersing agent, and the topcoat film includes, as a solvent, at least one member selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic hydrocarbon compound, an aliphatic hydrocarbon compound solution including 10% by mass or less of an aromatic compound, and diisobutyl ketone. The undercoat film and/or the topcoat film may include a corrosion inhibitor. The silver mirror film layer may further include a corrosion inhibitor. The surface decoration structure includes the silver mirror film layer with improved luster and corrosion resistance.

  • Publication number: 20160075309
Abstract: Air blowing device including: an air inlet: an airflow path configured to allow air introduced from the air inlet to flow therethrough; and an air outlet configured to blow out the air flowing in the airflow path. In this air blowing device, the airflow path includes a helical flow path that is a helical airflow path extending as separating from the air inlet. Further, the helical flow path includes an opening formed in an outer circumferential surface of the helical flow path. Further, the opening is connected to the air outlet through a discharge path configured to guide the air passing through the opening to the air outlet. In addition, the discharge path is formed to extend from the opening in a forward direction of a turning direction of the air flowing in the helical flow path.

  • Publication number: 20150126104
Abstract: An air outlet apparatus defines: an air guide channel to pass through an airflow; and an air outlet to blow out the airflow passed through the air guide channel. The air outlet apparatus has a configuration: to guide a plurality of the airflows from a plurality of directions toward a collision area, the collision area being an area to allow the airflows to be collided with each other and at least part of the collision area being in the air guide channel; and to control an blowing air from the air outlet through the air guide channel in at least one of flow direction or convergence degree by controlling strengths of the airflows guided to the collision area.

  • Patent number: 7726004
Abstract: A processing cell of automatic machining system configured in that it is easy to decide or change the number of steps and to design, and to reduce the installation cost. The control unit of the processing cell comprises an operation data storing means for storing every position necessary data for operation at each position of the processing cell installed in the machining section of the automatic machining system, and a position designating means for designating the after-installation position. The control unit reads necessary data for operation out of the operation data storing means in accordance with the position designated by the position designating means. Thus, the operation of each cell can be switched in accordance with the position, and the processing cells can be easily changed in position and adjusted in quantity.
