  • Patent number: 9489900
Abstract: A display device that can suppress the unevenness of reflection brilliance due to the glare of an outside light on a display surface, and can achieve the enhancement of the visibility of a display image. For preventing the unevenness of the reflection brilliance due to the glare of the outside light on the front surface of the display of the display device, a display device according to an aspect of the present invention corrects the display brilliance of the display image on the display and suppresses the unevenness. That is, the display brilliance of the display image is corrected for each pixel, such that a mixed display brilliance MDB resulting from adding the reflection brilliance on the front surface of the display and the display brilliance of the display image becomes a brilliance in accordance with a characteristic curve OMDBC that is fixed regardless of the reflection brilliance R.

  • Patent number: 9210408
Abstract: Multiple images are acquired by continuously capturing images at high speed while panning an image capturing device (10). An optical flow between a reference image (previously captured image) and a currently captured image in a time sequence of imaging is calculated, and, based on this calculated optical flow, an image of an overlap area (i.e. area with disparity) between the images is cut out. Subsequently, the pair of cut images is stored in a memory (48) as a left image and a right image. After that, a left panoramic image is synthesized from multiple left images stored in the memory (48) and, similarly, a right panoramic image is synthesized from multiple right images.

  • Publication number: 20140342935
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a base for use in the amplification of a nucleic acid, which makes it possible to accurately and effectively amplify and detect a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences that are subjects for detection. A base for use in the amplification of a nucleic acid according to the present invention is a base in which a hydrophilic gel is held and which has arrayed plural zones, and the zones contain different kinds of primer or the like for amplifying nucleic acids.

  • Patent number: 8371759
Abstract: In a double row rolling bearing for supporting a pinion shaft, an outer ring is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of an annular wall (case) with its axis disposed horizontally, and an inner ring assembly is fitted on a pinion shaft, and is inserted, together with the pinion shaft, horizontally into the outer ring through a larger-diameter opening of the outer ring, and is mounted in the outer ring. A larger-diameter cage has a drop limitation portion for limiting the vertically-downward movement of the larger-diameter case.

  • Patent number: 7824917
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of detecting a nucleic acid which is not restricted by the design of the base sequence of a nucleic acid probe. By repeating washing and detection in multiple stages, the present invention can improve the precision of sequence-specific hybridization stepwise and also can ease restrictions in designing the nucleic acid probes, in particular, restrictions on the Tm value (the temperature at which the nucleic acid double strand is dissociated into single strands) or the sequence length of the nucleic acid probes.

  • Patent number: 7597482
Abstract: A skew contact double row ball bearing and a bearing device for supporting a pinion shaft. The skew contact double row ball bearing enabling the simultaneous contact of a ball row in each row on raceways at a specified contact angle when installed even if a clearance amount is reduced by the fitting of the bearing by preventing the ball bearing from being substantially affected by a change in the assembled width of each row by the fitting of the bearing. The axially double row ball rows are interposed between the raceways of inner and outer rings and at pitch circle diameters different from each other and at contact angles different from each other so that the radial clearance of the ball row with the smaller contact angle is set larger than the radial clearance of the ball row with the larger contact angle.

  • Publication number: 20090247419
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for confirming immobilization conditions of nucleic acid probes immobilized on a nucleic acid array, comprising the steps of: (a) defining the number of zones to which the nucleic acid probes immobilized on the nucleic acid array belong and one or more given pieces of identification information; (b) calculating X using the following formula: X={log(N+1)M}+1 (wherein N represents the number of the pieces of identification information, and M represents the number of the zones to which the nucleic acid probes immobilized on the nucleic acid array belong), defining a number of the integer portion of X as the number of nucleic acid arrays required for confirming the immobilization conditions, Xa, and allocating non-overlapping numerical values (Y), which are expressed by notation system of base N+1, and which have the same digit number as Xa, to the respective nucleic acid probes belonging to the zones; (c) preparing complementary nucleic acid molecules comprising nu
