  • Patent number: 11560893
Abstract: In a method for operation control of a compressor, full-load running in which a gas intake control valve is fully open and a target rotation speed of a drive source is set to a full-load rotation speed that is a maximum rotation speed in a speed control band when pressure of compressed gas supplied to the consumption side is a datum pressure or less is carried out; then no-load running in which the valve is fully closed and a no-load rotation speed is set as the target rotation speed of the drive source when the supply pressure is a no-load running pressure or less that is a pressure higher than the datum pressure is carried out. The no-load running is started from the standard no-load rotation speed, however, after a transition time, the target rotation speed is reduced to a low speed no-load rotation speed.

  • Patent number: 11114565
Abstract: Power consumption of a semiconductor device is reduced by sharpening the rise of a drain current when a gate voltage of a field effect transistor is less than a threshold voltage. As means therefor, in a fully-depleted MOSFET in which a thickness of a semiconductor layer serving as a channel region is 20 nm or less, a gate plug connected to a gate electrode is constituted of a first plug, a ferroelectric film, and a second plug sequentially stacked on the gate electrode. Here, an area where a contact surface between the first plug and the ferroelectric film and a contact surface between the ferroelectric film and the second plug overlap in a plan view is smaller than an area where the gate electrode and a semiconductor layer serving as an active region overlap.

  • Publication number: 20210250688
Abstract: The disclosure of the present specification aims to provide a directivity control system for speakers, which is capable of easily controlling directivity of acoustic data to provide desired sound fields with a plurality of speakers, and freely producing sound fields with high accuracy. A plurality of physically connected speaker units are virtually arrayed at respective directivity angles according to control signals that define the directivity angles. Virtual delay time data is calculated for the case where data is outputted with the virtual array, and output is performed according to output data affected by the delay time data, so that desired sound fields can be formed with the speaker units remaining fixed, without the necessity of mechanically rotating the speaker units.
