    Abstract: There is provided a grease composition which is supplied between a plurality of lips provided in a sealing device that seals between a pair of members that rotate relative to each other, wherein the grease composition comprises a base oil (A), a thickening agent (B) and a rust preventive agent (C); a kinematic viscosity of the base oil (A) at 40° C. is 30 to 80 mm2/s; the thickening agent (B) is a diurea compound represented by Formula (1); and the composition comprises 5 to 15% by mass of the thickening agent (B) and 0.1 to 2.0% by mass of the rust preventive agent (C) based on the total of the grease composition. R1—NHCONH—R2—NHCONH—R3??(1) wherein R2 is a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 15 carbon atoms, and R1 and R3 are a linear or branched alkyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms. Thus, a grease composition is provided, which can suppress a torque difference due to a rotation direction and exhibits excellent sealing properties.

    Abstract: The present inventors produced a variety of bispecific antibodies that specifically bind to both F. IX/F. IXa and F. X, and functionally substitute for F. VIIIa, i.e., have a cofactor function to promote F. X activation via F. IXa. Among these antibodies, the antibody A44/B26 reduced coagulation time by 50 seconds or more as compared to that observed when the antibody was not added. The present inventors produced a commonly shared L chain antibody from this antibody using L chains of A44, and showed that A44L can be used as commonly shared L chains, although the activity of the resulting antibody is reduced compared to the original antibody (A44HL-B26HL). Further, with appropriate CDR shuffling, the present inventors successfully produced highly active multispecific antibodies that functionally substitute for coagulation factor VIII.

The invention provides a method for measuring an extremely low oxygen concentration of <1.0×1016 atoms/cm3 in a single-crystal silicon wafer, the method comprising: step 1 of forming a SiO2 film, nitride film or PE film on each of a measurement wafer, interstitial-oxygen-free reference wafer and standard wafer with known interstitial oxygen concentration; step 2 of measuring IR spectra of the three wafers; step 3 of determining a difference transmission spectrum from the IR spectrum of measurement wafer and that of reference wafer and determining the intensity of an absorption peak corresponding to interstitial oxygen; and step 4 of comparing the peak intensity of the interstitial oxygen and that of standard wafer and calculating the interstitial oxygen concentration in measurement wafer from ratio to the interstitial oxygen concentration of standard wafer.
