  • Patent number: 11915951
Abstract: A plasma processing apparatus includes a stage disposed in a processing chamber for mounting a wafer, a plasma generation chamber disposed above the processing chamber for plasma generation using process gas, a plate member having multiple introduction holes, made of a dielectric material, disposed above the stage and between the processing chamber and the plasma generation chamber, and a lamp disposed around the plate member for heating the wafer. The plasma processing apparatus further includes an external IR light source, an emission fiber arranged in the stage, that outputs IR light from the external IR light source toward a wafer bottom, and a light collection fiber for collecting IR light from the wafer. Data obtained using only IR light from the lamp is subtracted from data obtained also using IR light from the external IR light source during heating of the wafer. Thus, a wafer temperature is determined.

  • Publication number: 20040252729
Abstract: A communication apparatus (100) includes a plurality of distributed communication elements (200). Each communication element (200) functions to communicate only with other neighboring communication elements. The coverage is so set as to allow local communications with other neighboring communication elements. The local communications allow a signal to be successively communicated between the communication elements, thereby conveying the signal to the communication element at the destination. The plurality of communication elements are divided into ranks according to their management functions. Route data can be set in each rank, thereby allowing a signal to be efficiently conveyed to the final destination.

  • Patent number: 6236057
Abstract: A method and apparatus for inspecting a pattern, a first image of a first area on a sample is acquired by imaging the first area formed as a first pattern, and the first image is memorized. A second image of a second area on the sample is acquired by imaging the second area formed as a second pattern which is to be the same as the first pattern. A defect of the first pattern is detected by acquiring a differential image between the first image and the second image. The detection of the defect includes processing the differential image by using information of brightness corresponding to both of the first image and the second image.

  • Patent number: 6087673
Abstract: In a method of inspecting a defect and an apparatus thereof, an allowable range for a gradation value of a difference image is determined for each pixel from one pixel or less of position shift quantity between two images to be compared, a variation rate in a local gradation value of an image, and a representative value of the local gradation value. Then, by comparing the gradation value of the difference image with the allowable range determined for each pixel, a pixel, on which the gradation value of the difference image is within the allowable range, is judged to be an non-defective candidate and a pixel, on which the gradation value of the difference image is beyond the allowable range, is judged to be a defective candidate.

  • Patent number: 5220852
Abstract: In a motor-equipped reduction gear device with a pre-stage, two covers, which have been indispensable in the past, namely a joint cover and a pre-stage cover, are integrated into a one-body cover (130). Also, the diameter (D1) of the addendum circle of the pinion (110) mounted on the tip of the motor shaft 108 is designed to be smaller than the diameter (D2) of the portion of the motor shaft (108) which extends into the one-body cover (130). This allows the one-body cover (130) to be mounted with the pinion (110) already attached to the tip of the motor shaft (108). The one-body cover (130) can freely and easily be attached to the motor (102) and the gear box (106). As a result, the number of parts is reduced and light weight and compactness are achieved, and accuracy of the center distance and parallelism are improved because cumulative machining errors can be avoided. Furthermore, cost down and improved rigidity are achieved and the number of factors which may cause oil leakage is decreased.
