Patent number: 7880359Abstract: A coil member such as a coil bobbin may include a cylindrical drum part around which a coil is to be wound in a circular shape. The cylindrical drum part is formed by two molding dies and a flat face part is formed on an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical drum part so that a space part is formed between an innermost circumferential face of the coil to be wound and the flat face part. The flat face part is formed so that the two molding dies are separated without pressing the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical drum part, and a joining part on the drum part which is formed by the two molding dies is located on the flat face part. The coil member may be only a coil bobbin, a coil bobbin with a terminal part, or a coil bobbin which is integrated with a stator core.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 2008Date of Patent: February 1, 2011Assignee: Nidec Sankyo CorporationInventor: Hiroyuki Sonohara

Patent number: 7635935Abstract: A motor may include a bearing made of resin for rotatably supporting one end part of the rotor shaft, and an urging member attached to a bearing holder and abutted with a pressurization face of the bearing to urge the bearing toward a side of the rotor shaft. A molding material injection gate trace (projection) which has been used when the bearing is resin-molded is positioned at a center portion of the pressurization face. The molding material injection gate trace may be positioned in a recessed part which is formed at a roughly center portion of the pressurization face of the bearing. Further, the urging member may include an urging piece which is formed by cutting a center portion of a metal plate in a ring shape and an opening part is formed in the urging piece.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2007Date of Patent: December 22, 2009Assignee: Nidec Sankyo CorporationInventors: Hiroyuki Sonohara, Takeyoshi Miyashita

Publication number: 20090206685Abstract: A motor device may include a motor main body having a stator portion and a rotary shaft having a lead screw portion projecting from the stator portion. The motor frame may have a rotary shaft support portion supporting an end of the rotary shaft on an output side and a stator support portion opposed to the rotary shaft support portion and fixed to the stator portion. An engaging member is engaged with the lead screw portion and movable in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The engaging member is provided with two opposing faces respectively opposed to the rotary shaft support portion and the stator support portion. Positioning sections are formed on both the rotary shaft support portion and the stator support portion or on the two opposing faces of the engaging member for determining an original position for the engaging member to move in the axial direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 9, 2009Publication date: August 20, 2009Applicant: NIDEC SANKYO CORPORATIONInventor: Hiroyuki Sonohara

Publication number: 20090206690Abstract: A motor unit for use with a motor-driven device may include a motor main body, having a stator and a turning shaft protruding from the stator; and a mounting plate for installing the motor main body on the motor driven device to which driving power of the motor main body is transmitted. The mounting plate may be structured by cutting a metal plate, and the mounting plate may include a tabular base plate and a stator support The tabular base plate may have a connecting section for connection to the motor-driven device, and the stator support rises from the tabular base plate and may be fixed to the stator.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 9, 2009Publication date: August 20, 2009Applicant: NIDEC SANKYO CORPORATIONInventor: Hiroyuki SONOHARA

Patent number: 7442095Abstract: A motor may include a coil bobbin having a drum part around which a winding is provided, a terminal block formed on an outer periphery of the coil bobbin, at least a pair of terminal pins which are protruded from a first wall face of the terminal block, and a groove part formed in the first wall face of the terminal block and is opened to a second wall face of the terminal block that is perpendicular to the first wall face. Both ends of the winding are respectively bound to a pair of the terminal pins from the second wall face side through the groove part of the terminal block. A stator core may be utilized instead of the coil bobbin. In this case, the terminal block may be fitted to the stator core.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2007Date of Patent: October 28, 2008Assignee: Nidec Sankyo CorporationInventor: Hiroyuki Sonohara
