    Abstract: A golf club includes a shaft-insertion hole, a shaft inserted to the shaft-insertion hole, and a ferrule attached to the shaft. The ferrule includes an upper part exposed to the outside, and a lower part located between the shaft-insertion hole and the shaft. The lower part of the ferrule includes at least one through hole. The through hole includes a chamfered portion on an outer surface side of the lower part. Preferably, the lower part includes a plurality of through holes. The through holes may be provided at respective four or more positions in a circumferential direction of the lower part. The through hole may have a minimum hole area of greater than or equal to 3 mm2 and less than or equal to 12 mm2.

    Abstract: In an MRI apparatus, an imaging that produces almost no sound is implemented without extending an imaging time, not only for three-dimensional imaging, but also for two-dimensional imaging. A gradient pulse in a pulse sequence provided in the MRI apparatus is adjusted by using a basic waveform having a distribution of frequencies where strength dwindles substantially as the frequency increases from zero, and the waveform is convex upward or downward varying smoothly. An application time and strength are adjusted so that almost no sound is produced. Any imaging executable by a conventional pulse sequence can be implemented without producing almost any sound, using the conventional pulse sequence with little change.

    Abstract: There is provided a technique for suppressing increase of SAR without sacrificing sensitivity in RF coils used in MRI apparatuses. The present invention provides an antenna device comprising a sheet-shaped conductor and a ribbon-shaped conductor disposed on the subject side with respect to the sheet-shaped conductor with a predetermined distance from the sheet-shaped conductor. The ribbon-shaped conductor has a meandering shape, and is adjusted so as to resonate at transmission and reception frequencies, and it is constituted so that distance to the sheet-shaped conductor becomes smaller at both end part thereof along the static magnetic field direction compared with the distance to the sheet-shaped conductor at the center thereof. Moreover, the ribbon-shaped conductor is constituted so as to have a smaller width, as the distance to the sheet-shaped conductor becomes smaller.
