  • Patent number: 10104451
Abstract: Provided is an IP uncompressed video encoder that converts an IP packet stream of uncompressed video to an IP packet stream of compressed video. The invention is a video encoder that produces an IP packetized stream of compressed video from an IP packetized stream of an uncompressed video signal, comprising: receiving means packetizing, from a network, one or a plurality of IP packetized streams of an uncompressed video signal; retrieving means for retrieving video data from the one or plurality of IP packetized streams of the uncompressed video signal; compressing means for compressing the retrieved video data; and transmitting means configured to IP packetize video compressed by the compressing means to create and transmit a stream of compressed video.

  • Patent number: 6346259
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for the easy preparation of a mixture comprising betaine alkyl ester which gives good softness, smoothness and oily feeling to hair. Thus, according to the present invention, a specific monohalogen carboxylic acid alkyl-ester is made to react with a specific tertiary amine using a specific long-chain alcohol as a reaction solvent and, after a specific betaine alkyl ester is obtained, the excessive above-mentioned tertiary amine is removed whereupon a mixture comprising the said long-chain alcohol and the said betaine alkyl ester is obtained.

  • Patent number: 5440958
Abstract: An automatic device for stacking sheets of paper is improved for increasing the amount of stacked sheets. An image tracing output device is so constructed that a sheet exiting from a sheet exit portion is guided to the exterior of a fixed rod of sheet stacking unit by a plate for putting sheet flow in good order. When the forwarded amount of the sheet attains approximately a half of a predetermined length, a contacting portion supported by swinging rods descends to be brought into contact with the sheet. The contacting portion continues to descend further to be brought into contact with the fixed rod. As the result, the sheet is hung also on the inner side of the fixed rod. When it attains a predetermined length, it is cut and the swinging rods return to their initial position.
