  • Publication number: 20250074063
Abstract: A liquid ejection device includes a liquid ejection head, a standby portion, a hold portion, and an operation portion. The liquid ejection head includes a nozzle surface. The standby portion supports a wiping cartridge. The hold portion holds the wiping cartridge. The operation portion moves the hold portion relatively to the standby portion and the liquid ejection head from a position at which the hold portion holds the wiping cartridge that is not held by the hold portion and that is supported by the standby portion to a position at which the wiping cartridge held by the hold portion comes into contact with the nozzle surface.

  • Patent number: 9631014
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of diagnosing graft-versus-host disease, comprising measuring the level of CCL8 protein in a sample obtained from a subject as an indicator for the diagnosis or course of graft-versus-host disease. Also a diagnostic reagent for graft-versus-host disease comprising an anti-CCL8 antibody is disclosed. The method of the present invention enables diagnosis of the onset of graft-versus-host disease and monitoring of the progress, in particular, differential diagnosis between graft-versus-host disease and an infectious disease. The present invention also provides a method for treating graft-versus-host disease utilizing the anti-CCL8 antibody.

  • Patent number: 6678574
Abstract: A method for producing suspension parts via preforming the workpiece by roll forming. The sectional area and length of the workpiece are calculated. In the former step, more than one orthogonal cross-section is acquired from the suspension part of aluminum alloy, and the sectional area is converted into the area of a circle. An imaginary area is calculated by adding to the converted area an adequate amount of flash. In the latter step, a circular truncated cone is defined from two adjacent imaginary circles and the length of the imaginary center line between the two adjacent imaginary circles. A solid of revolution is defined by connecting these circular truncated cones, and the volume of the suspension part of aluminum alloy is substituted by the volume of the solid of revolution. The value obtained by dividing the sectional area of the workpiece by the volume is regarded as the-length of the workpiece.
