Abstract: A process for processing a black-and-white silver halide photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed, the material comprising a photographic component layer containing a hydrazine compound, and the process comprising the step of exposing the light-sensitive material, and developing the exposed material with developer having a pH of not more than 10.7, the developer being prepared from a solid developing composition and the developer being replenished with developer replenisher in an amount of not more than 250 cc per m.sup.2 of the light-sensitive material to be developed.

Abstract: A method for processing a first black-and-white silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a hydrazine compound and a second black-and-white silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprising a tetrazolium compound is disclosed, a photographic layer on the side of a silver halide emulsion layer of each material containing gelatin in an amount of not more than 3.0 g per m.sup.2 of the material, and the process comprising the step of exposing the light-sensitive materials and developing the exposed materials with the same developer having a pH of from 9.5 to 10.7, the developer being replenished with developer replenisher in an amount of not more than 250 cc per m.sup.2 of the light-sensitive materials to be developed.

Abstract: A method of processing a light-sensitive silver halide photographic material is disclosed. The method comprises a processing steps of developing, fixing and a washing or stabilizing, wherein a replenishing solution for the washing or the stabilizing step is an amount of not more than 3 liters per square meter of the light-sensitive material. The photographic material comprises a support, and a hydrophilic colloidal layer on each of the both side of the support, wherein either one of the hydrophilic colloidal layers contains a dye represented by a specific chemical formula.

Abstract: A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed. The silver halide emulsion layer of the light-sensitive material is sensitized in infrared region of the spectrum by a cationic di- or tri-carbocyanine sensitizing dye and a compound represented by formula I, II, or III; ##STR1## The light-sensitive material is improved in stability of the coating solution of the silver halide emulsion for standing during in its production process and also improved in stability for prolonged storage after production.
