Abstract: A concentrator solar photovoltaic power generating apparatus including a primary optics for concentrating sunlight, a solar cell, a columnar optical member which is vertically disposed above the solar cell so that a bottom end surface of the columnar optical member is opposed to the solar cell, and which is used for guiding the sunlight which is concentrated by the primary optics to the solar cell, a transparent resin member which is interposed between the bottom end surface of the columnar optical member and the solar cell, comprises a shielding member for shielding the transparent resin member from sunlight.

Abstract: The present invention provides a light converging-type solar photovoltaic apparatus having: a case having: a bottom member; a peripheral member; and an upper member so as to form a space in the case, the case inclining so as to face the upper member to the sun; a plurality of Fresnel lenses provided at the upper member, the Fresnel lenses converging sun light; a plurality of solar battery cells provided in the case, the solar battery cells each receiving each sun light converged by the Fresnel lenses to generate electric power, the peripheral member having surfaces opposed to each other, the opposed surfaces each having at least one opening portion, and a vent valve provided at each opening portion, the vent valve having a mesh interrupting ventilation upon a water film being formed on the mesh.

Abstract: A solar cell assembly including a solar cell, a first lead electrode bonded to an end portion of one of opposite surfaces of the solar cell which functions as a light-receiving surface, a second lead electrode bonded to a substantially entire portion of the other of the opposite surfaces of the cell, and a metallic sheet which is bonded to one of opposite surfaces of the second lead electrode remote from the solar cell, and which has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the second lead electrode. Also disclosed is a photovoltaic electric generator of concentrator type including an array of a plurality of solar cell assemblies, and electrically conductive members in the form of metallic foils connected to the solar cell of each assembly, a heat dissipating layer formed of a synthetic resin containing a thermally conductive filler, and a base plate to which each cell assembly is fixed through the heat dissipating layer. The solar cell assembly is embedded in the heat dissipating layer.
