  • Patent number: 10788353
Abstract: To provide a liquid-surface detection device having a small parts count, whereby electrolytic corrosion can be suppressed. A liquid-surface detection device has a detection part for detecting magnetism, a plurality of terminals connected by one end thereof to the detection part, a first retaining body for retaining the terminals and rotatably supporting a magnetic part, a second retaining body attached to the first retaining body, and electroconductive parts retained by the second retaining body and connected to other ends of the terminals. The first retaining body has substantially U-shaped surrounding parts for surrounding other ends of the plurality of terminals, respectively. The second retaining body has dividing parts overlapping between the surrounding parts.

  • Patent number: 9435678
Abstract: A liquid level detection device is configured so as to reduce or eliminate the contact between electrical cords led out of a detection section. A liquid level detection device is provided with: a detection section which detects the position of a liquid surface on the basis of the rotation of a rotation section rotating as a float is displaced; a plate-like mounting plate section, one surface of which is a mounting surface to which the detection section is mounted; a flange section which is mounted to a tank for containing liquid; and first and second electrical cords which are led out of the detection section toward the flange section. A branch section which comprises a through-hole is provided in the mounting plate section. The second electrical cord passes through the branch section and is routed around from the mounting surface side of the mounting plate section to the back surface side thereof.

  • Publication number: 20120266670
Abstract: Disclosed is a liquid level detection device that can be miniaturized. The liquid level detection device 1 is provided with: a float arm 3 that is provided with a float 2 that moves, tracking the displacement of a liquid level; a magnet 4 that rotates in accordance with the motion of the float arm 3; a detection element 6 that detects the magnetic variation of the magnet 4; and an electronic component 13 that is electrically connected to the detection element 6. The detection element 6 is provided with a main body 6a and at least three leads 6b. The ends 6b2 of the plurality of leads 6b are folded in a manner so that adjacent leads 6b are in differing positions with respect to the direction of the axis of rotation of the magnet 4. The electronic component 13 is provided with a main body section 13a and two lead sections 13b. The ends 13b2 of the plurality of lead sections 13b are folded in a manner so that each is in a differing position with respect to the direction of the axis of rotation of the magnet 4.
