  • Publication number: 20230068436
Abstract: An insulin detection method includes: adding a sample to an electrode having an insulin binding protein immobilized on a surface of the electrode, the insulin binding protein specifically recognizing insulin; and detecting an electrochemical change associated with formation of a complex of the insulin and the insulin binding protein. The insulin binding protein includes: a first region that includes an ?-CT segment of an insulin receptor and does not include a ? subunit of the insulin receptor, and a second region that includes an L1 domain of the insulin receptor and does not include the ? subunit of the insulin receptor; and one of the first region and the second region is immobilized on the surface of the electrode.

  • Patent number: 10253064
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for purifying an intended substance, a kit for purifying the intended substance, and a silicon oxide-binding tag for use in the method and the kit. In the present invention, a complex of a silicon oxide-binding tag and a substance is caused to specifically bind to silicon oxide in a solution for binding, to which solution no salt is added, and binding between the silicon oxide-binding tag and the silicon oxide is broken with use of arginine.
    Type: Grant
