  • Patent number: 11958971
Abstract: Provided is a photocurable composition used for forming a resin layer of a concave-convex structure including a substrate and a resin layer provided on the substrate and having fine concavities and convexities formed on a surface thereof. A cured film of the photocurable composition has a surface free energy of 15 mJ/m2 to 40 mJ/m2 as measured based on the Kitazaki-Hata theory and a hardness of 0.05 GPa to 0.5 GPa as measured using a nanoindenter.

Date of Patent: April 16, 2024
    Assignee: MITSUI CHEMICALS, INC.
Inventors: Takashi Oda, Hisanori Ohkita, Hiroko Wachi, Shingo Yamamoto
  • Patent number: 11474429
Abstract: A method of producing a substrate with a fine uneven pattern is a method of producing a substrate having a fine uneven pattern on a surface thereof, the method including a step (a) of preparing a laminate provided with a substrate and a first resin layer provided on the substrate and having a first fine uneven pattern formed on a surface thereof; and a step (b) of forming a second fine uneven pattern corresponding to the first fine uneven pattern on the surface of the substrate by etching the surface of the first fine uneven pattern using the first resin layer as a mask, in which the first resin layer is formed of a resin composition (P) including a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin polymer (A) or a cured product of the resin composition (P).

  • Publication number: 20200338807
Abstract: Provided is a method for producing a concave-convex structure, the method including a preparation step of preparing a laminate including a base material layer, a photocurable resin layer containing a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin polymer (A), a photocurable compound (B) and a photocuring initiator (C), and a protective film layer in this order; a peeling step of peeling the protective film layer of the laminate; a pressing step of pressing a mold against the photocurable resin layer exposed in the peeling step; and a light irradiation step of irradiating the photocurable resin layer with light, in which a concave-convex structure having an inverted concave-convex pattern of the mold is produced.

  • Publication number: 20180086864
Abstract: Medical instrument including a substrate using a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin polymer containing a structural unit represented by General Formula (1), in which the substrate has one surface where the substrate comes into contact with cells, and the substrate is provided with a convex-concave structure on the one surface, a ratio (L1/L2) of a width (L1) between convexities formed by the convex-concave structure and a maximum diameter (L2) of inoculated cells per cell in the cells is 1 to 300, and the cells do not adhere to or attach to the one surface provided with the convex-concave structure and the medical instrument promotes cell proliferation. wherein R1 to R4 are defined.
