Abstract: In a body mounting type display system, at least a signal corresponding to display data is outputted to a computer side output transmission circuit through a bus line of a computer, and the data corresponding to the signal is written in a buffer memory of the computer side output transmission circuit by the computer. The data written in the buffer memory is read and sent, and the data is received at a body side output transmission circuit, which is restored to a signal corresponding to the signal outputted through the bus line. An image output interface connected to the body side output transmission circuit produces a signal for actuating a display device worn by a user based on the display data of the restored signal. Thus, there is provided the body mounting type display system suitable for providing information to the user who can work with hand free condition.

Abstract: A headset display system includes a computer; a signal processing device electrically connected to the computer and having a processing unit for processing an image signal output from an image signal output device; and a headset display device electrically connected to the signal processing device for displaying an image corresponding to the image signal. The signal processing device has a connecting interface for connecting the computer and a controlling unit for controlling the processing unit. The computer outputs a control signal for adjusting the image and the controlling unit adjusts the image according to the control signal.

Abstract: The present invention is a head-mounted display device comprising a head holding holder that is proximate at least to the two sides of the head and to the front of the head, and a display unit that is deployed on that holder, at a position over either the left or right eye at the front of the head.

Abstract: In a head-mounted display device, image display light emitted from a display device is directed towards the eye of an observer by changing the light path thereof by means of an optical system. The display device, optical system and a drive signal generating device for the display device are worn on the head of the observer by means of a holding member. This optical system is positioned in front of the display device emitting display light in a forward direction from a position separated radially from the visual axis of the observer when looking straight ahead. The drive signal generating device is located in a position separated radially from the visual axis with an interval from the display device and optical system.

Abstract: A display system detects the orientation of the image display screen of a movable display device, the image display screen of which can be arbitrarily oriented, and outputs image data stored and related with the detected orientation of the image display screen to the movable display device, to display image corresponding to the image data. The display system changes the orientation of the image display screen stored and related with the image data according to change in the orientation of the image display screen of the movable display device, when the image data is output to the movable display device and a change signal is output.

Abstract: The position an orientation of an input device body in the actual space are sensed. The manipulated variable of an operating member, which is present in the actual space so as to be operated without changing the position and orientation of the input device body, is sensed. A pointing image is generated on a screen according to the position and orientation of the input device body and the manipulated variable of the operating member. The point indicated by the pointing image on the screen is changed according to the change of the position and orientation of the input device body and the change of the manipulated variable of the operating member.
