  • Patent number: 9437556
Abstract: The reliability of a semiconductor device is improved. Further, miniaturization of the semiconductor device is attained. A sealring is formed in a wiring structure provided over a semiconductor substrate. The sealring has a structure in which sealring wirings respectively formed in a plurality of wiring layers included in the wiring structure are laminated. The position of a side surface on the inner peripheral side of a sealring wiring formed in the wiring layer at the uppermost layer in the wiring layers is located more outside than the position of a side surface on the inner peripheral side of a sealring wiring formed in the wiring layer located one layer lower than the wiring layer at the uppermost layer. The width of the sealring wiring at the uppermost layer is smaller than the width of the sealring wiring located one layer lower than the wiring layer at the uppermost layer.

  • Publication number: 20110049605
Abstract: A split gate nonvolatile semiconductor storage device includes: a substrate; a floating gate; a control gate; a first source/drain diffusion layer; a second source/drain diffusion layer; and a silicide. The floating gate is formed on the substrate through a gate insulating film. The control gate is formed adjacent to the floating gate through a tunnel insulating film. The first source/drain diffusion layer is formed in a surface region of the substrate on a side of the floating gate. The second source/drain diffusion layer is formed in a surface region of the substrate on a side of the control gate. The silicide contacts the first source/drain diffusion layer.

  • Patent number: 7800771
Abstract: A digital copying machine is connected to at least another one of digital copying machines with which data communications can be performed. The digital copying machine has a link copy function that a document is set in the machine itself or another digital copying machine and at least two units of the digital copying machines share the job of executing copy operation on the document, and a printer function of printing according to a print request from the outside. When receiving the print request from the outside during the copy operation based on the link copy function from its start to finish, the digital copying machine puts the print request on hold.

  • Patent number: 6226102
Abstract: An image processing apparatus including an input device for inputting image data, a storage device for storing image data from the input device, and a controlling device. The controlling device controls the parallel operations of a) writing image data into the storage device, and 2) reading image data from the storage device. Therefore, fast output is possible. Moreover, in a book copying mode, when copying two facing-pages with a scanner, copies of the first of two facing-pages are printed while the second of the two facing pages is scanned. As a result, this apparatus and the corresponding method enable a document to be changed easily and prevent extended holding times by an operator when using book copy mode.
