    Abstract: A head suspension with a connecting structure for a plate material comprises a base plate attached to a carriage that rotates the base plate around an axis, a load beam including a rigid part and a resilient part, a base end of the load beam fixed to the base plate at a plurality of first welded points, a flexure including a read/write head and a wiring and fixed to the load beam at a plurality of second welded points, and a resin seat interposed between the load beam and the flexure so that the resin seat prevents the load beam and the flexure from hitting each other due to vibration of at least one of the load beam and the flexure.
