Patent number: 6291557Abstract: The invention provides an alkali-soluble adhesive agent characterized by comprising an alkali-soluble resin that is a reaction product (C) obtained by allowing a polycarboxylic acid and/or a polycarboxylic anhydride having two or more carboxyl groups to react with a reaction product of a compound (A) having at least one epoxy group with a monocarboxylic acid compound (B). Preferably, the alkali-soluble resin is used in combination with a ketone organic solvent, optionally with at least one member selected from the group consisting of a melt viscosity reducing agent, a surface active agent and a plasticizer. The alkali-soluble adhesive agent can be removed by an alkali aqueous solution without recourse to any organic solvent, and is of an environmental protection-conscious type with improvements in adhesion, adhesion strength, coatability, surface smoothness, softening point controllability, melt viscosity controllability and spread controllability.Type: GrantFiled: October 26, 2000Date of Patent: September 18, 2001Assignee: The Inctec Inc.Inventors: Kyoichi Yamamoto, Kojun Utaka, Hisashi Takada, Akira Iwasaki

Patent number: 4864193Abstract: A luminous element and driving circuit in which an additional circuit is connected in parallel with the luminous element which in turn is serially connected with a suitable transistor. The additional circuit includes an element for minimizing distortion of the luminous output. In one embodiment, a field effect transistor with its gate and source connected together is serially connected with a coil to quickly discharge the luminous element when the transistor is turned off and charge the element quickly when the transistor is turned on. In a second embodiment, a semiconductor diode is serially connected to the coil to form the additional circuit. The voltage across the light emitting diode when the transistor is turned off causes the luminous element to be immediately luminous.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 1987Date of Patent: September 5, 1989Assignee: Sumitomo Electric industries, Ltd.Inventors: Hisashi Takada, Mitsuaki Nishie

Patent number: 4638152Abstract: A bootstrap negative feedback type photoelectric converting circuit for converting an optical signal into an electrical signal. A light receiving element receives incident light and provides an electrical signal to a field effect transistor (FET) and an inverting amplifier. A bipolar transistor is directly connected to the FET in complementary fashion to increase the gain of the source-follower amplifier to substantially unity and to reduce its output impedance to a very small value in order to reduce the effects of parasitic capacitance of the light receiving element at high frequencies.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 1985Date of Patent: January 20, 1987Assignee: Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.Inventor: Hisashi Takada
