  • Publication number: 20050168912
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a high-voltage capacitor, high-voltage capacitor device and magnetron in which, undesirable radiation waves generated in the frequency range of 450 MHz to 1000 MHz in a magnetron are suppressed to such a level that there is no adverse effect on the peripheral devices. The dielectric porcelain comprises a body 210 and through holes 211, 212. The body 210 includes a portion (216, 217) that is narrowed on both sides in the middle of the body in the plan view. The through holes 211, 212 are formed in the body, arranged at a distance from each other over the narrowed portion (216, 217). One individual electrode 213 is provided on the surface of the body 210 at which the through hole 211 opens. The other individual electrode 214 is provided on the surface of the body 210 at which the through hole 212 opens. The common electrode 215 is provided on another surface of the body 210 at which the through holes 211, 212 open.

  • Patent number: 6912863
Abstract: A vehicle air conditioner includes an air conditioning case, a blower fan for blowing conditioned air into a passenger compartment, and an evaporator disposed in the air conditioning case. The air conditioning case has a cooling opening upstream from the evaporator, so that at least inside air is blown by the blower fan to vehicle electronic units through the cooling opening. Thus, heat radiation of the electronic units can be facilitated by air blown from the blower fan. Further, because at least inside air, without being cooled by the evaporator, is blown to the electronic units, the electronic units can be prevented from being excessively cooled. Accordingly, it can restrict the surface temperature of the electronic units from reducing less than a dew point, thereby effectively reducing condensed water on the electronic units.

  • Publication number: 20050076297
Abstract: A page display method for selecting and displaying a page corresponding to the customer level of a user is disclosed. As a user accesses a home page of a seller, makes user registration, and purchases a commodity through online shopping, the customer level of the user is raised from “visitor,” “registrant,” “normal customer,” and finally “preferred customer.” The customer level is stored as customer information in a customer information database. When a user makes access to a seller server, the seller server selects a page depending on the customer level of the user from a plurality of pages stored in a display information database and displays the selected page on a user terminal.

  • Patent number: 6834709
Abstract: An automotive air conditioner includes an offset blower for blowing an air, an evaporator is centrally disposed within a dashboard and receives the air from below, and a heater approximately horizontally disposed above the evaporator. The evaporator inclines downward along the direction of the air flow. A plurality of condensed water guide plates are provided under the evaporator so as to allow a condensed water smoothly flow on the surface of each guide plate and is discharged from the evaporator through a condensed water drain pipe.

  • Patent number: 6722970
Abstract: In a vehicle air conditioner, a blower case for accommodating a blower is connected to an air conditioning case for accommodating an evaporator and the like by a connection duct made of a vibration-absorption material. Therefore, a vibration, transmitted from the blower case to the air conditioning case, can be effectively absorbed by the connection duct, thereby reducing the vibration transmitted from the air conditioning case to a steering wheel unit through a supporting member.

  • Patent number: 6655450
Abstract: A forced oscillatory flow type heat pipe of which a ratio (motion coefficient) of the heat transport capacity to the oscillating energy is maintained within an appropriate range is provided. A heat pipe body (1) has a closed loop flow path (2). Operation of the vibrator (3), which is provided at a connecting portion (2a) between the ends of the flow path (2), causes an oscillatory flow of the charged liquid sealed in the flow path (2). The phases of the oscillatory flows of the charged liquid in the adjacent tube portions of the flow path are inverted. From a viewpoint that the dimensionless effective thermal diffusivity kef* of the COSMOS type heat pipe has a larger range in the modified Womersley number &agr; than that of the dream type heat pipe, the modified Womersley number &agr; is 0.4 to 7.

  • Publication number: 20020049639
Abstract: A network sales system with a settling server and a seller server connected by a network open to third parties, is disclosed. A user terminal and the seller server are connected to each other by a first network, and the settling server and the seller server are connected to each other by a second network. The second network is not accessible from general user terminals. Important personal information such as a credit number of the user is transmitted and received over only the second network, and the settling server is connected only to the second network. Therefore, the credit information is prevented from being stolen by third parties, and unauthorized third parties are prevented from entering settling server. The network sales system thus has increased security.

  • Publication number: 20020026387
Abstract: A commodity selling system is disclosed for performing online shopping through a network such as the Internet. The commodity selling system includes a seller server. the seller server stores information on each purchase candidate commodity selected by the user as a candidate for purchase. With the storage of the information on each purchase candidate commodity, the information can be displayed on a purchase candidate commodity list when the user attempts to determine which commodities to purchase at some future date. The user can determine which commodity to purchase on the basis of the displayed information and need not customize the purchase candidate commodity again.

  • Publication number: 20020026406
Abstract: A commodity selling system is disclosed for performing online shopping through a network such as the Internet. The commodity selling system includes a seller server. The seller server records a comment entered from a user terminal on each commodity selected as a purchase candidate from commodities appearing on a Web page as a shopping memo at an arbitrary time. The seller server adds the comment recorded as the shopping memo to a memo field in a commodity table including basic information on each purchase candidate, and displays the commodity table on the user terminal. A user refers to the comments in the memo fields and determines which commodity to purchase.

  • Publication number: 20010051912
Abstract: When a commodity is ordered at a terminal, customer information stored in advance is displayed on a terminal, and the order is accepted when the displayed customer information is designated. Where the customer information stored in advance includes a plurality of pieces of information for each item, one of the pieces of customer information is selected, and the selected customer information is used to accept the order. When it is tried to use a customer information different from the customer information displayed on the terminal to order a commodity, if desired customer information is entered, then the entered customer information is used to accept the order. The entered customer information is stored as additional information to the customer information stored in advance and is displayed on the terminal and used as an object of selection upon later ordering.

  • Publication number: 20010049607
Abstract: The disclosed network marketing system sequentially confirms a user's intention to purchase items for each item in a shopping cart. A marketer server adds items that have been selected by a user terminal to a shopping cart that is stored in a shopping cart database. Upon receiving notification from the user terminal of the intention to purchase items in the shopping cart, the marketer server sequentially presents items in the shopping cart to the user terminal to confirm the intention to purchase, and then actually accepts the purchase of only those items for which the intention to submit for purchase could be confirmed. The user can place items that he or she still has not definitely decided to buy in the shopping cart rather than being limited to placing in the shopping cart only those items that he or she has actually decided to purchase, and the user therefore does not need to separately record information regarding items he or she considers buying.

  • Patent number: 6016662
Abstract: A main evaporator cools a driver's compartment of a vehicle while a cooling storage evaporator cools cooling storage packs that are used in cooling a sleeping compartment. Refrigerant is supplied to the main evaporator at the actuation of a first solenoid valve while refrigerant is supplied to the cooling storage evaporator at the actuation of a second solenoid valve. If a first switch is being actuated after the completion of the cooling storage operation of the cooling storage evaporator on the cooling storage packs and the temperature of the cooling storage packs is no more than a preset temperature, for example, -5.degree. C., FIR control is performed for alternately actuating the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve based on a predetermined time ratio (for example, 10 minutes 15 seconds).
