  • Patent number: 5493333
Abstract: An imaging apparatus including an image sensing unit for converting light from an object into a video signal and outputting a video signal, and a vibration compensation unit for compensating picture vibrations of the video signal provided by the image sensing unit. Also included are a driving unit for driving a head relative to a recording medium, and a servocontrol unit for controlling a driving condition associated with the driving unit. A control unit is also included to control an output of the vibration compensation unit. The output is controlled on the basis of an error signal of the servocontrol unit.

  • Patent number: 5333015
Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus according to the present invention is configured so that a new image signal is formed using an input image signal and an image signal which has previously been stored, and either one of the input image signal and the newly formed image signal is selectively stored again. It becomes thereby possible to instantaneously store the input image signal whenever necessary.

  • Patent number: 5315379
Abstract: A color signal processing device for processing a carrier chrominance signal is arranged to produce a first sampling signal by sampling the carrier chrominance signal according to a sampling clock signal synchronized with a reference phase of the carrier chrominance signal and a second sampling signal which is of a sampling phase opposite to that of the first sampling signal and to form baseband signals conforming to a color signal by using the first and second sampling signals. This arrangement enables the device to process the color signal without causing any signal deterioration that tends to result from DC fluctuations of the carrier chrominance signal.

  • Patent number: 5287187
Abstract: A video signal processing device displaying both image and process information includes multiplexing circuitry for multiplexing a second video signal with a first video signal. Control circuitry is provided for controlling a multiplexing ratio of the first and second video signals in the multiplexing circuitry. A display is provided for simultaneously displaying at least a part of a video image which corresponds to the first video signal, and also for displaying a state of the multiplexing operation being performed by the multiplexing circuitry under the control of the control circuitry. Preferably, only a peripheral portion of the image is faded in the view finder. Alternatively, a bar graph on the side of the image in the view finder indicates the degree of fading the image is subjected to.

  • Patent number: 5146334
Abstract: A video signal processing device is arranged to obtain a signal representing a difference between an input video signal and a signal read out from a memory to which either the input video signal or an input video signal is supplied, to supply the difference signal to a multiplier which uses a variable coefficient, and to add the output of the multiplier to the input video signal.
