  • Patent number: 11055206
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process including executing one of a plurality of programs, acquiring a status of variation in an internal state of a memory occurred in response to the executing, determining whether a specified status pattern is stored in a storage device that stores a plurality of status patterns of variation in an internal state of the memory, the specified status pattern satisfying a predetermined criterion regarding a similarity with the acquired status, when the specified status pattern is stored in the storage device, generating a test scenario that is a combination of programs including the executed program, and when the specified status pattern is not stored in the storage device, suppressing the generating the test scenario.

  • Publication number: 20170075955
Abstract: A database system includes a first information processing device that accesses a first database, and a second information processing device that accesses a second database that is a standby system of the first database, wherein the first information processing device includes a processor that executes a process including transmitting to the second information processing device a query corresponding to regeneration target execution plan information among items of execution plan information for access to the first database, and the second information processing device includes a processor that executes a process including updating first information indicating characteristics of the second database in response to updating of data of the second database, regenerating the regeneration target execution plan information, based on the first information and the query, and transmitting the regenerated execution plan information to the first information processing device.

  • Publication number: 20160292203
Abstract: A process control method for a database includes storing identification information of an updating processing in a first storage region in association with update data when executing the updating processing for updating data stored in the first storage region of the database to the update data, and storing the identification information and a confirmation time in association with each other in a second storage region that is different from the first storage region in response to a confirmation processing of the updating processing.

  • Publication number: 20040044642
Abstract: An apparatus for managing database logs provides more efficient system operations. An interactive processor operates a database through interactive processing in response to transaction requests inputted. A batch processor operates the database through batch processing in response to a batch request comprising a series of batch instructions. A log storage unit stores database logs in a time series. A log acquisition unit stores in the log storage unit a transaction log indicating the transaction every time when the interactive processor operates the database while the batch processing is not performed. And after the batch processor starts the batch processing, the log acquisition unit stores a checkpoint log indicative of the execution of the batch processing in the log storage unit.
