  • Patent number: 10968791
Abstract: A control device for an onboard engine is configured to control the oil discharge pressure of an oil pump and execute, when determining that there may be an abnormality in the control of the oil discharge pressure, a change process that increases the target discharge pressure to a value that is greater than that before it is determined that there may be an abnormality in the control. When a discharge pressure sensor value in a situation in which the discharge pressure is being controlled based on the target discharge pressure increased through execution of the change process does not become greater than or equal to a discharge pressure threshold, the control device sets an upper limit for the engine rotation speed and increases the upper limit as the discharge pressure sensor value increases.

  • Patent number: 10851757
Abstract: A CPU advances ignition timing within a range in which knocking can be suppressed by feedback control based on an output signal of a knocking sensor. The CPU sets the igniting timing based on a feedback adjustment amount and a learning value. The CPU limits timing advancing update of the learning value when an exhaust pressure is higher than or equal to a threshold.

  • Patent number: 10549940
Abstract: When sheet products 1 are discharged, the sheet products are collided against shutter bars 5 so as to fall and stack on a feed conveyor 4. Then, each of protrusion bodies 7 and 8 are lowered by a first drive 9 so as to nip the sheet products between the protrusion bodies and the feed conveyor. Then, coming products are successively discharged and stacked on the protrusion bodies. And then, a second drive 12 is operated in conjunction with the feed conveyor so as to feed the sheet products nipped between the protrusion bodies and the feed conveyor 4. The shutter bars 5 are elevated and lowered by a third drive for adjusting the height position thereof.

  • Publication number: 20190017451
Abstract: An ignition timing control apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes an electronic control unit configured to i) perform determination as to whether knocking has occurred in the engine; ii) update a first learning value and a second learning value such that the ignition timing is retarded when determining that knocking has occurred; and iii) derive, as a required ignition timing, a timing obtained by retarding a base ignition timing based on the first and second learning values. The electronic control unit is configured to update the second learning value within a range in which an update amount of the second learning value within a prescribed period set in advance does not exceed a prescribed amount, when updating the second learning value.

  • Publication number: 20170037787
Abstract: An engine includes a variable valve mechanism capable of holding a valve timing of an intake valve in an intermediate phase when the engine is started. An ECU calculates a degree of deposit adhesion in a combustion chamber, and calculates a deposit correction amount that is a retard correction amount for an ignition timing set in accordance with the calculated degree of the deposit adhesion. The ECU calculates a first correction amount that is a first adaptive value for the retard correction amount for the ignition timing in a reference phase of the valve timing and a second correction amount that is a second adaptive value for the retard correction amount for the ignition timing in an adaptation phase of the valve timing. The deposit correction amount is set based on the first correction amount and the second correction amount.

  • Patent number: 5026025
Abstract: A hose joint with an opening-closing valve comprises: a cylinder member having an axial bore, a center bore projecting from the inner surface of the axial bore in the direction of the center of the axis, and a ring-shaped valve seat in which one end surface of the valve seat constitutes a valve seating surface; a valve body comprising a shaft-shaped portion and a head portion formed at one end of the shaft-shaped portion, and an O-ring for sealing between the outer surface of the shaft-shaped portion and the inner surface of the center bore when the head portion is in contact with the valve seating surface; and a spring for urging the valve body in the direction of allowing the head portion of the valve body to come into contact with the valve seating surface. The operation of engaging an insert pipe member, fixed to a hose, with the cylinder member opens the valve seat and the valve body. Disengagement of the insert pipe member from the cylinder member closes the valve seat and the valve body.
