  • Patent number: 9597773
Abstract: According to one implementation, a blast treatment device includes at least one nozzle, a movement structure and at least one weight member. The at least one nozzle injects blast media. The movement structure reciprocates the at least one nozzle along a track. The at least one weight member cancels a vibration caused by reciprocating the at least one nozzle. Further, according to one implementation, a blast treatment method includes injecting blast media from at least one nozzle; manufacturing a blast treated product by reciprocating the at least one nozzle along a track; and canceling a vibration, caused by reciprocating the at least one nozzle, by at least one weight member.

  • Patent number: 9278395
Abstract: A milling insert includes a polygonal tubular insert body which has: rake faces on one polygonal surface thereof, flanks composed of circumferential surfaces adjacent to the polygonal surface, and cutting edges defining a ridge line where the rake faces and flanks intersect each other as cutting edges. The rake faces have serrations where mount portions and valley portions are arrayed alternately to intersect the cutting edges. The ridge line has a waveform shape when the flanks are viewed from above. Bottom portions and top portions of the waveform are formed into concave circular arc portions and convex circular arc portions, respectively, and are alternately repeated. Both of the concave and convex circular arc portions are a ¼ circular arc or more to a ? circular arc or less. Each of the concave circular arc portions is unevenly located between the convex circular arc portions adjacent thereto.

  • Patent number: 8832951
Abstract: There is provided a separation distance derivation system and a thickness gauge. The separation distance derivation system has a thickness gauge that includes: a plurality of blades having first ends inserted between objects; and RFID tags respectively fixed to part of the blades and storing readably thickness information corresponding to the thickness of the respective blades. The separation distance derivation system has also a reading device that includes an RF receiver for establishing contact-less communication with the RFID tags and reading the thickness information, and a controller for summating the thicknesses of the blades, as denoted by the read thickness information, to derive thereby a separation distance.
