  • Patent number: 11940347
Abstract: A pressure sensor has a stem in which a pressure introduction hole into which a pressure medium is introduced and a diaphragm deformable according to the pressure of the pressure medium are formed, and a strain detecting element which is arranged on the diaphragm via an insulating film and being configured to output a detection signal according to the deformation of the diaphragm. The strain detecting element is configured to have a portion made of polysilicon. A low doping layer having a higher electrical resistivity than polysilicon and a higher crystallinity than the insulating film is arranged between the insulating film and the strain detecting element.

  • Patent number: 11479435
Abstract: A medium ejection apparatus including: a placement mount on which media are placed; a medium-leading-edge position restriction part that moves between a restriction position at which the restriction part restricts a position of a leading edge portion of a medium ejected toward the placement mount with reference to an ejection direction of the medium and a retracted position retracted from the restriction position; and a medium position control unit that controls the medium-leading-edge position restriction part such that the medium-leading-edge position restriction part performs a leading-edge restriction operation of moving from the retracted position to the restriction position and moving from the restriction position to the retracted position when the medium-leading-edge position restriction part and an upper surface of a medium are not in contact with each other.

  • Patent number: 11235572
Abstract: A medium ejection apparatus includes a placement mount on which media are placed, a restriction part that moves between a restriction position at which the restriction part restricts media ejected toward the placement mount and a retracted position retracted from the restriction position, and a processor that controls the restriction part by adjusting a restriction frequency on the basis of at least either an amount of movement of the restriction part from the retracted position to the restriction position or ejection intervals at which the media are ejected toward the placement mount, the restriction frequency being a frequency with which the restriction part performs a restriction operation for the media.

  • Patent number: 9352555
Abstract: An inkjet printer is provided which can alleviate the degradation of print quality caused by the deviation of ink temperature from a proper temperature range. A controller performs printing while controlling the correspondence of ejection data to nozzle rows so that the ink temperature difference between regions caused by ink ejection operations may be smaller than that in the case where printing is performed with the correspondence of upstream nozzle row ejection data and downstream nozzle row ejection data to an upstream nozzle row and a downstream nozzle row fixed.

  • Patent number: 5890574
Abstract: A hydraulic coupling arrangement used for a 4WD vehicle for imparting a drive torque of an engine to auxiliary drive wheels based on a first rotational difference between main and auxiliary drive wheels. A first rotary shaft is coupled to the main drive wheel and a second rotary shaft is coupled to the auxiliary drive wheel. A hydraulic pump of the coupling arrangement is adapted to be driven according to a second rotational difference between the first and second rotary shafts for generating an oil pressure corresponding to the second rotational difference. A clutch connects the first rotary shaft with the second rotary shaft based on the oil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump. A first oil passage extends to the clutch. First and second ports are formed in the hydraulic pump and function as inlet and outlet ports or vice versa based on the second rotational difference and a rotational direction of the first rotary shaft.
