  • Publication number: 20140345451
Abstract: A method and a device for fixing and synchronising rotary pistons in a rotary piston pump are disclosed. The rotary pistons are introduced into the pump space of the rotary piston pump. A shaft stub of each rotary piston is then pushed through a pump rear wall onto a driveshaft provided for the respective rotary piston. The rotary pistons are aligned and synchronised in the pump space by means of a template, the template being fixed detachably to a pump housing. The shaft stubs of the respective rotary piston are connected, after the synchronisation, in each case by means of a clamping device in a friction-locked manner to the respective driveshaft, outside the pump space.

  • Publication number: 20140016991
Abstract: The invention discloses a joint for the transmission of torques and axial forces in conjunction with an eccentric rotary motion. In a preferred embodiment, the joint according to the invention is used in an eccentric screw pump for connecting the drive to the pump rotor. The joint connects a coupling rod and a tool and/or a drive to one another. When the joint is used in an eccentric screw pump, the tool is the rotor of the pump. Furthermore, the joint is provided with at least one casing. The axial forces acting on the joint can be transmitted by a first joint part and the torques by a second joint part.

  • Patent number: 8007259
Abstract: The invention relates to an eccentric screw pump and a method for its operation. Unlike the previously known prior art, where changes to the internal geometry of the pump stator caused by wear were always remedied with radially acting clamping measures, the invention is based on bringing this about by a change in the length of the lining.

  • Patent number: 7137795
Abstract: A stator for an eccentric spiral pump comprises a hollow body of an elastic material which has a casing comprising a plurality of segments extending in a longitudinal direction of the casing. Adjacent segments are interconnected along longitudinal sides at variable angles to each other, so that the segments enclose an entire circumference of the casing. Surfaces of the segments are of a planar configuration, so that a closed casing of polygonal cross-section is formed by the interconnected segments. The hollow body of elastic material is of a matching polygonal cross-section to achieve positive contact with the casing.

  • Patent number: 7074449
Abstract: A method of treating and processing alkaloid, oil and protein-containing lupine seeds for the extraction of products from the lupine seeds by means of targeted fractionation is described, whereby the comminuted lupine seed is de-oiled by introducing a solvent and the residue is depleted of substances soluble in the acid range, preferably of alkaloids, by adding acids. The invention is characterized by the provisions that the lupine seeds are comminuted and/or shaped to form discoid flakes in such a way that after pre-crushing of the shelled or non-shelled seed containing the plant seeds the comminution of the plant seeds is carried out by means of a cooled flocculating roller, and the seed is heated by indirect supply of heat, largely with exclusion of water, and that after de-oiling the depletion of the flakes of substances soluble in the acid range, preferably of alkaloids, is performed by aqueous extraction, with a refined product of reduced alkaloid level and an aqueous extract being obtained.
