    Abstract: Self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) composition are provided. The compositions include at least one chemotherapeutic compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or mixture thereof, at least one biocompatible surfactant, wherein the at least one biocompatible surfactant includes surfactin, and at least one co-surfactant. Methods of enhancing the bioavailability of the chemotherapeutic compound and for treating cancer are also provided.
