    Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for providing a view of energy usage data or events generated by at least one AMI meter and customer profile information. The system and method involves the collection of information about a customer by different business units which are part of a service provider. The system and method includes a user computer having the capability of gathering data about a customer from the different business units, including energy usage data. The user computer may calculate a level of satisfaction of the customer with respect to that customer's interactions with the different business units and display icons reflecting such levels of satisfaction through use of widgets.
