    Abstract: The present invention relates to a percutaneous absorption preparation (which may also be in the form of an adhesive preparation) containing, as an active ingredient, 0.1 to 30 percent by mass of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one represented by the following formula: or a medically acceptable salt thereof in an appropriate base such as an aqueous base or a rubber base. This preparation (or adhesive preparation) is an excellent percutaneous absorption preparation (or percutaneous absorption adhesive preparation) which has good percutaneous absorbability of the active ingredient and causes little skin irritation.
