  • Publication number: 20080278857
Abstract: By providing a flexible circuit board of a laminated structure capable of preventing contamination such as fluff, miniscule pieces of iron, or textile scraps from becoming affixed to an outer peripheral cross-sectional surface of the flexible circuit board. It is possible to prevent contamination from becoming affixed to an outer peripheral cross-sectional surface of a flexible circuit board by setting a pressure-sensitive layer in such a manner that the pressure-sensitive layer does not protrude into the outer periphery of the flexible circuit board while affixing the flexible circuit board comprising of an insulating base film layer having a pressure-sensitive layer, a circuit conduction layer, and a cover film layer to a structure.

  • Publication number: 20070064081
Abstract: To provide an image forming apparatus suppressing color slippage without using a mirror with high flatness, when a reflective surface of the mirror used in an optical system of, for example, yellow is formed in a completely flat surface, and a curvature R of the reflective surface of the mirror used in the optical system of magenta is +75 m, a deviation of a scanning position exceeds 100 ?m at maximum, resulting in accentuating the color slippage. Meanwhile, when the mirror of yellow is replaced with the mirror having the curvature R of +300m, the slippage can be suppressed to 100 ?m or less. Therefore, each mirror is selected, so that the curvature of each mirror becomes all positive or all negative. Thus, the deviation of the scanning position is in the same direction of laser beams L of each color, and the slippage can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 7164517
Abstract: In an lens of a scanner unit, a first incidence surface of a first lens is formed as an aspherical surface rotationally symmetrical with respect to an optical axis while a first emergence surface is formed as a shape asymmetrical in a main scanning direction with respect to the optical axis and having a curvature asymmetrically variable in a sub scanning direction with respect to the optical axis. Each of second incidence surface and second emergence surface of a second lens is formed as a shape symmetrical in the main scanning direction with respect to the optical axis and having a curvature symmetrically variable in the sub scanning direction with respect to the optical axis. A mold for the lens can be produced easily when only the first emergence surface of the first lens can be formed as an asymmetrically variable shape.
