  • Patent number: 11945118
Abstract: A method of planning works for robots includes creating a work plan for a plurality of robots, each having a work tool, sharing at at least one station a work to a plurality of work parts of the workpiece. The method includes the steps of calculating a distribution of the work parts to the robots, calculating, as a robot operation, a work order of the work parts and a moving path of the work tool for each of the robots based on the calculated work distribution, and calculating a disposed location of each of the robots with respect to the workpiece and a station where the robot is disposed so that an inter-robot interference does not occur during execution of the calculated robot operation.

  • Publication number: 20220393634
Abstract: A processing apparatus acquires a first rise transition that is a rise transition of the temperature of a winding and a second rise transition that is a rise transition of the temperature detected by a temperature sensor in a state where voltage application for raising the temperature of the winding to a predetermined temperature is performed, determines a predetermined temperature characteristic model by calculating a predetermined parameter on the basis of the second rise transition, and further determines a winding temperature characteristic model by calculating a winding related parameter on the basis of the first rise transition.

  • Patent number: 11218085
Abstract: The power conversion device includes an inverter circuit in which one or a plurality of current limitation circuits that limit an electric current flowing in each of legs are provided and a control unit that controls, when a target voltage or a target current of the inverter circuit is outside a predetermined range, the current limitation circuits such that the electric current flowing in each of the legs is not limited and alternately performs the ON/OFF control of the two switching elements of each of the legs with a dead time in between and controls, when the target voltage or the target current is within the predetermined range, the current limitation circuits such that the electric current flowing in each of the legs is limited and alternately performs the ON/OFF control the two switching elements of each of the legs of the inverter circuit without the dead time in between.

  • Patent number: 11133769
Abstract: Provided is a motor control device that can detect an abnormality of a motor at an early stage. A motor control device includes: a control unit that calculates a voltage command value based on an input current command value and controls drive of the motor by using the calculated voltage command value; a virtual motor unit that simulates the value of a current flowing through the motor, based on the voltage command value calculated by the control unit and a plurality of parameters related to specifications of the motor; and a determination unit that determines whether or not the motor is in an abnormal state by comparing the current command value input to the control unit and the current value simulated by the virtual motor unit.
