The splice includes: an electrical wire portion (10) having a wire core splice portion (14) in which wire cores (13) are welded together; a cushioning member (20) covering an outer circumferential face of the electrical wire portion (10); a protective cap (30) accommodating an end portion of the electrical wire portion (10) and fixes the electrical wire portion (10) via the wire core splice portion (14); and a cover tape (40) wound around the protective cap (30), a portion of the cushioning member (20) exposed from the protective cap (30), and the electrical wire bundle.

    Abstract: A protector for a wire harness can shorten a length of a protector main body in an axis direction and securely lock the protector main body with a lid. A protector for a wire harness into which wire harness wires are inserted is provided with a protector main body housing the wires and a lid mounted on the protector main body to be capable of opening and closing. The protector is also provided with a first lock portion that locks the protector main body and the lid in a certain length area; and a second lock portion that locks the protector main body and the lid in a certain width area. Further, a branching exit is provided to the protector in order to draw out a branched portion branching off the wires between the first lock portion and the second lock portion when the lid is in a closed state.

    Abstract: In order to provide a connector cover amenable to precise control of the outer diameter dimensions and suppression of shininess on the outer surface thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same, a shaping mold (21) in which a through-hole (22) having a predetermined inner diameter dimension is formed along an immersion direction is immersed in a solution of thermoplastic resin. The shaping mold (21) is pulled up from the solution, and the resin adhering to an inner surface portion of the through-hole (22) of the shaping mold (21) is gelled, so that a precursor (110) is shaped. The precursor (110) is released from the shaping mold (21), and an unnecessary portion (111) of the precursor (110) is cut off.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for performing regeneration of a decolorization capacity of waste clay that has been used for purification of fats and oils, and production of a thermally recyclable compound as a biofuel from oily ingredients in the waste clay at the same time in a convenient manner. That is, a method for producing purified fats and oils of the invention includes: a method for producing regenerated clay including the steps of mixing waste clay that has been used for purification of fats and oils, lower alcohol, and an acidic catalyst; and performing extraction of oily ingredients from the waste clay, and an esterification reaction between the fats and oils and/or a free fatty acid in the oily ingredients and the lower alcohol at the same time so as to regenerate a decolorization capacity of the waste clay; regenerated clay that is produced by the method for producing the regenerated clay; and a process of decolorizing the fats and oils using the regenerated clay.
