Abstract: A display stand including a base, a post disposed on the base, a pair of arms pivotally coupled to the post and each having an upper rod fixed to an outer end, two springs biasing the arms upward, a pair of links having an upper end pivotally coupled to the outer ends of the arms and having a lower end pivotally coupled together, a lower rod coupled to the lower ends of the links, whereby the arms will be caused to rotate downward when an object is disposed on the lower rod so that the upper rods will be caused to move toward the object in order to hold the object in place.

Abstract: A tableware drying machine, comprising a drying tank accommodated in a drying machine housing and a container frame for receiving a tableware container, the frame being connected with a motor means installed in the drying tank and rotated at high speed, and the container containing tableware such as a spoon which has been washed with hot water, wherein the container frame is rotated at high speed to dry the tableware by means of centrifugal force, and a forced air stream is generated such that the container frame and container rotating at high speed function themselves as a centrifugal fan that takes in air through air intake holes provided in an opening-and-closing lid of the drying tank, directs the air towards the center of the drying tank, and discharges the air through outlet openings provided in the upper periphery of the drying tank to make the air entrain moisture in the tank.

Abstract: A method of connecting a coaxial cable to a wiring appliance to which a plurality of electrodes are integrally secured via insulating materials. The method comprises the steps of severing an end of the coaxial cable smoothly against the axis thereof, putting the severed end into contact with the wiring appliance, connecting the electrodes with inner and outer conductors exposed on the severed end of the coaxial cable and securing the coaxial cable to the wiring appliance.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an electrical connector for a coaxial cable which has in a through-hole for receiving the coaxial cable, a projecting positive terminal axially provided in the center and a plurality of projecting ground terminals axially provided in various radial directions in conformity with radiuses of outer conductors of various standards of coaxial cables. The positive terminal and the ground terminals are insulated from each other. The method comprises the steps of severing an end of the coaxial cable smoothly normal to the longitudinal axis thereof, axially moving the severed end of the coaxial cable into contact with the connector, connecting the positive terminal and the ground terminals of the connector axially with inner and outer conductors exposed on the severed end of the coaxial cable and securing the coaxial cable to the connector.
