  • Patent number: 11574709
Abstract: To facilitate production of “regenerative medicine products” using a quality by design (QbD) approach. In one embodiment of the present invention, a production device which produces a medical product and analyzes a starting material and a central management device which determines processing conditions in the production device are provided separately. In addition, by transmitting and receiving data and the like pertaining to the starting material between the production device and central management device data, the medical product is produced while production conditions therefor are continuously optimized. Thus, it is easy to produce a medical product while reducing or eliminating effects from changes in cells and tissues over time, from oscillation during transport, and from changes in surrounding environment such as changes in temperature, and to produce the desired medical product even when there are individual differences in the starting material.

  • Patent number: 11565407
Abstract: An estimation device includes a memory and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to acquire information regarding a target object. The at least one processor is configured to estimate information regarding a location and a posture of a gripper relating to where the gripper is able to grasp the target object. The estimation is based on an output of a neural model having as an input the information regarding the target object. The estimated information regarding the posture includes information capable of expressing a rotation angle around a plurality of axes.

  • Publication number: 20200308626
Abstract: In order to perform relative quantification of gene expression in a cell/tissue repeatedly, it is required to supply a large number of standards. By employing an absolutely quantified standard including a synthetic DNA plasmid or the like, the present invention stably provides uniform standards for the repeated gene expression analysis over a long period of time. Further, the present invention enables stable execution of repeated gene expression analysis with high reproducibility by using such a standard. In addition, the present invention provides a method for stably controlling the quality of a cell or tissue over a long period of time by using the method, and also provides a standard used for the method.
