  • Patent number: 8663278
Abstract: An organ fixing equipment includes a securing part formed by bundling a suturing thread into a bar, and a fixing part composed of the suturing thread forming the securing part and a continuous suturing thread. By pulling the fixing part relative to the securing part with a force of not less than a predetermined magnitude, the suturing thread forming the securing part can be unraveled. A set of organ fixing equipment is provided with an insertion equipment, for inserting the organ fixing equipment and taking-out equipment for taking out the organ fixing equipment from the patient body.

  • Publication number: 20090152786
Abstract: A clamping device that can reduce a burden on a worker and can surely fix an object includes a basic body, a pressing section for pressing a workpiece, a manually operable operating section, and a transmitting body. The transmitting body transmits a movement of the operating section to the pressing section so that the pressing section travels between a pressing position, at which the pressing section presses the workpiece, and a standing-by position, at which the pressing section is spaced apart from the workpiece to stand by. The basic body has a second opposing section opposing a first opposing section which belongs to the transmitting body. The second opposing section has a pressurizing member resiliently urged in a direction in which the pressurizing member goes from the second opposing section toward the first opposing section. The first opposing section has a pressurized surface which the pressurizing member pressurizes.

  • Publication number: 20080269781
Abstract: The present invention provides an organ fixture having a rod shaped anchoring portion formed by bundling a suturing thread, and a fixing portion made of a suturing thread continuous with the suturing thread of the anchoring portion. By pulling the fixing portion with respect to the anchoring portion with a force larger than a prescribed level, the suturing thread forming the anchoring portion can be loosened. Additionally, the invention provides a type of organ fixture set which pierces and is inserted into the body of the patient while a portion of an anchoring portion and a fixing portion of the organ fixture is accommodated in it, and it can be pulled from the body of the patient while the anchoring portion is left within the stomach wall. Further, the organ fixture set has a unit for removing the organ fixture from the body of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20080200902
Abstract: The object is to keep a portion in the vicinity of a liquid discharge port in a clean state even at the time of priming or connection and to enable easy connection and disconnection of an infusion line without causing leakage of liquid from the liquid discharge port even when connection is released. This is solved by a tube (2) that forms a flow channel of a male connector (1) and is provided at its distal end portion (4) with a gas discharge portion (7) that blocks discharge of liquid and allows discharge of gas from the flow channel, a liquid discharge port (8) that allows discharge of liquid, and at a periphery of its distal portion (4) with shutter means (20) which opens the liquid discharge port (8) by a pressing force received from a male connector (30) when connected and restored to close the liquid discharge port (8) when the pressing force is released.

  • Publication number: 20070267797
Abstract: A clamping device has a base body, a pressing body for pressing a workpiece and a rotationally operable rotary body, all of which are rotatable relative to each other about an axis. The pressing body can rotate between a first rotary position at which the pressing body does not face the workpiece and a second rotary position at which the pressing body faces the workpiece. The pressing body can move between a press releasing position and a pressing position while being at the second rotary position. When the rotary body is rotated from one rotary position to a middle rotary position, the pressing body rotates from the first rotary position to the second rotary position as the rotary body rotates. When the rotary body is rotated to another rotary position, the pressing body is moved from the press releasing position to the pressing position by a cam mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20070118153
Abstract: The extraction device is furnished with a pulling out device on which are formed hook elements that hook onto part of suture, which is disposed in an annular shape within the organism, and are able to draw this out of the organism. It is also a medical suturing device set that is used to anchor the organ to the organism's paries, which is furnished with a puncture needle, in which insertion through-hole is formed from the basal tip side to the apical tip side, and which is able to puncture the paries from the outside such that the aperture of insertion through-hole on the apical tip side is positioned within the organ; a suture that is supplied to the inside of the organ from the aperture via insertion through-hole, and which is able to from an annular section within the organ.
