    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for coating a polyolefin or metal substrate by coating a polyolefin or metal substrate with a composition containing urethane (meth)acrylic resin [A] obtained by reacting a diisocyanate trimer (a1) and (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxyl group (a2) and exposing radiation to cure the coated surface, in which the composition containing urethane (meth)acrylic resin [A] contains a compound having a carboxyl group. Also, the present invention relates to a laminate having a layer structure of a top coat layer, a layer of a composition containing urethane (meth)acrylic resin [A], obtained by reacting a diisocyanate trimer (a1) and (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxyl group (a2), and a polyolefin layer.
