Patent number: 11152880Abstract: A control apparatus includes a controller that controls, by vector control, voltages and currents to be supplied to plural phases of a brushless motor. The vector control is performed through rotation control using a q-axis current predominantly to control rotation of a rotor, and field fixing control using a d-axis current predominantly in response to reception of a stop command signal. The controller controls the brushless motor with reduced influence of a dead time, in which a high-side switching element and a low-side switching element of each of plural half-bridge circuits are simultaneously set to OFF. The plural half-bridge circuits are provided in association with the plural phases of the brushless motor and are configured to supply the voltages and the currents to the respective phases. The influence of the dead time is reduced through the field fixing control.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2020Date of Patent: October 19, 2021Assignee: FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp.Inventors: Motohiro Tokairin, Yukitoshi Takano, Yukio Kontani, Toyohiko Hoshino, Hitoshi Mikami

Patent number: 6111764Abstract: A power failure-free power supply apparatus capable of minimizing time required for parallel operation of a power rectifier and a power rectifier/inverter, to thereby minimize a deterioration in operational reliability. The power rectifier converts an output of an AC power supply into DC power. A power inverter converts DC power into AC one. The power rectifier/inverter carries out rectifying/inverting operation. An output of the power rectifier and an AC output of the power rectifier/inverter are fed through a change-over unit to a load. Operation of switches is controlled depending on a detection signal of a current detector for detecting a charging current of a storage battery. A control unit permits parallel operation of the power rectifier and power rectifier/inverter when a residual capacity of the storage battery is at an increased level and permits the storage battery to be charged when the residual capacity is at a reduced level.Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 1999Date of Patent: August 29, 2000Assignee: Sanyo Denki Co., Ltd.Inventors: Satoshi Atou, Haruhiko Ikeda, Hitoshi Mikami

Patent number: 4670968Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device involves the step of carrying out the implantation of an impurity in the main plane of a GaAs substrate for the simultaneous formation of a plurality of regions. When the angles formed with the perpendicular implantation of silicon ions in the GaAs main plane and the main orientations of GaAs substrate are expressed by the Euler angles (.lambda.,.mu.,.theta.), then the crystal orientation is so prescribed as to satisfy the following conditions:11.degree.<.lambda.<33.degree.7.degree.<.mu.<24.degree..theta..apprxeq.0.degree.,thereby suppressing the occurrence of channeling in the implantation of ions in the substrate main plane and consequently ensuring substantially uniform impurity concentration in the plural regions.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 1985Date of Patent: June 9, 1987Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha ToshibaInventors: Hitoshi Mikami, Katsuyoshi Fukuda, Shigeru Yasuami

Patent number: 4375229Abstract: A new method of automatically positioning opposite ends of a wire is provided. The leading end portion of the wire is clamped to place the wire in a hair-pin configuration and gripped and cut off with the opposite ends aligned correctly. Then, the cut-off wire is moved laterally in a stepwise manner. Between two successive movements the wire ends can be subjected to insulative cover removing process or terminal attaching processes selectively. There is also provided an apparatus for putting the above method into practice. The apparatus comprises means for repeatedly paying out wire from a wire source, a wire reversing body which clamps a wire end portion and reversing the wire end by 180 degrees, means for gripping the wire, and a cutter for cutting off, from the wire, a wire in a hair-pin configuration. The gripping means is moved laterally. Along its movement, a plurality of wire end processing units are aligned.Type: GrantFiled: April 14, 1980Date of Patent: March 1, 1983Assignee: Yazaki CorporationInventors: Hitoshi Mikami, Toshimasa Saito, Hiroshi Ichikawa
