  • Patent number: 6951424
Abstract: A motor includes a rotor section with a rotor shaft having an end section, and a stator section including a yoke section disposed opposite the rotor section. The motor is also equipped with a bearing assembly having a bearing member that includes a main bearing section with a recess section and a ball bearing received in the recess section wherein the ball bearing rotatably support the end section of the rotor shaft, and a bearing holder defining a center through hole that slidably holds the main bearing section of the bearing member in the axial direction, wherein the bearing holder is formed from a sintered compact member.

  • Patent number: 6825587
Abstract: The present invention provides a motor having an urging member for urging a rotor disposed oppositely to a stator in the axial direction, in which the rotor is rotated in a state under an urging force of the urging member, characterized in that a positional regulation part (bearing) for regulating the position of the rotor in a thrust direction under the urging force is integrally provided in a coil bobbin made of resin which has metallic stator cores making up the stator formed by insert molding. Therefore, the positional accuracy of the positional regulation part (bearing) with respect to the stator is made better. Thereby, the positional accuracy of the rotor with respect to the stator is also improved, so that the torque up is enabled.

  • Patent number: 6781797
Abstract: A motor is disclosed comprising a motor case and a rotating shaft for the motor having a portion within the motor case and a portion extending outside of the motor case. A feed screw is formed on the extending portion of the rotating shaft. The feed screw threadedly engages with a moving body which moves back and forth along an axial direction of the rotating shaft. The feed screw has a threaded portion, a top portion of this threaded portion being provided with a concavity to store lubricating oil.

  • Patent number: 6747382
Abstract: In a small-sized motor used for lens drive, to provide the motor which is easy to attach to another member and gives space saving. Further, to provide a motor in which the number of parts is reduced thereby to improve assembly efficiency and make shaft accuracy good. Stator cores constituting a stator opposed to a rotor, an output portion side bearing that rotates and supports a side, near an output portion for operating an operated member, of a rotary shaft inserted and fixed into the rotor, and an opposite output portion side bearing holding portion (cap portion) for holding an opposite output portion side bearing that rotates and supports an opposite side to the output portion side of the rotary shaft are formed integrally by insert molding; and the output portion side bearing and the opposite output portion side bearing holding portion are made of resin.
