  • Patent number: 8313413
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle driving device is capable of causing a motor-powered travel of a hybrid vehicle in which only an electric motor is used as a drive force source, by driving the electric motor with electric power from an electric storage device while a rotational driving of an internal combustion engine has been stopped. A control device for the hybrid vehicle driving device includes a rotational drive portion that determines whether or not supply of a lubrication oil to at least a portion of the power transmission device by the lubrication oil supply device is necessary based on a travel distance in the motor-powered travel following a stop of the rotational driving of the internal combustion engine, and rotationally drives the internal combustion engine based on determination as to need for the supply of the lubrication oil.

  • Patent number: 8282327
Abstract: An anti-theft fastening device for fastening an SBW motor externally mounted to a transmission case that includes a bolt having a head portion and a threaded portion integrally formed with the head portion, a bottomed tubular bolt cover having an opening end, and a cap member closing the opening end of the bolt cover. The bolt cover has a through bore to allow the threaded portion of the bolt to pass through, a bottom portion abutting a bottom surface of the head portion of the bolt, and a grip portion projecting from an outer circumference of the bottom portion and surrounding a periphery of the head portion of the bolt. When the threaded portion of the bolt is screwed into a threaded groove of the transmission case, the bottom portion of the bolt cover is interposed between the bottom surface of the head portion and each fastening portion of a bracket portion.

  • Publication number: 20110139572
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a steel plate-shaped component which can increase the yield and the working efficiency. When a steel plate-shaped component (1) such as a pole parking is manufactured, a steel disk-shaped initial material (10) is vertically placed in a cavity (41) of a dice (40) of a cold forging die so that the thickness direction of the initial material (10) is perpendicular to a pressing direction. The initial material (10) is pressed through cold forging against the peripheral side portion (11) by a punch (42) while the initial thickness of the initial material (10) is maintained substantially as it is, whereby an approximate component (20) approximating the plate-shaped component (1) is obtained. Subsequently, a margin portion (25) of the approximate component (20) is removed, whereby a half-finished product (30) is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20080287251
Abstract: A power transmission system having a positive displacement pump which is driven by a prime mover, and an output member which is driven by a fluid discharged from the positive displacement pump, characterized by comprising a rotational direction switching mechanism for switching a rotational direction of the output member between forward direction and backward direction. The rotational direction switching mechanism comprises a mechanism for switching a direction of a torque applied to the output member through the fluid between forward direction and backward direction.

  • Patent number: 7288043
Abstract: A belt type continuously variable transmission including a primary pulley; a secondary pulley; a belt which is looped over the primary pulley and the secondary pulley; a reduction gear unit that transmits torque, which has been output from an internal combustion engine and then transmitted to a secondary shaft, to a final reduction gear unit that is provided so as to be coaxial with the secondary shaft of the secondary pulley; and a damper oil chamber which is provided between the secondary shaft and an input shaft of the reduction gear unit. A thrust force generated in the reduction gear unit due to an input of a driving force is transmitted to a hydraulic fluid in a damper oil chamber, and then absorbed. Therefore, a displacement of a relative position between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley is suppressed.
