  • Patent number: 8304098
Abstract: The hard-coated member of the present invention having a compression-stress-loaded hard coating having a thickness of 5 ?m or more, the hard coating having a face-centered cubic structure having a composition represented by (Me1-aXa)?(N1-x-yCxOy), wherein Me is at least one element selected from Groups 4a, 5a and 6a, X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, B and S, a, x and y are respectively the contents (atomic ratios) of X, C and O, and ? is a ratio of (Me1-aXa) to (N1-x-yCxOy), meeting 0.1?a?0.65, 0?x?0.1, 0?y?0.1, and 0.85???1.25; and the X-ray diffraction of the hard coating having a peak intensity Ir of a (111) plane, a peak intensity Is of a (200) plane, and a peak intensity It of a (220) plane, meeting 2?Is/Ir, and 0.2?It/Ir?1, and the (200) plane having a half-value W(°)?0.7.

  • Publication number: 20090121582
Abstract: There are provided a motor for an injection molding machine, and a rotor of a buried magnet motor. In a plate 22 constituting the rotor 20 of a servo motor, a columnar portion 25 formed between adjacent holding holes 24, 24 serves, at a portion between the inner circumferential end 25a and the intermediate portion 25c, as a holding portion 30 coming into line contact with a permanent magnet 23, which is thereby locked even during acceleration/deceleration of the servo motor. Consequently, the permanent magnet 23 does not butt against a specific part of the columnar portion 25. The gap between the holding portion 30 of the columnar portion 25 and the permanent magnet 23 may be filled with a filler to close the gap between them. Consequently, the permanent magnet 23 does not move in the holding hole 24 even during acceleration/deceleration of the servo motor.
