  • Patent number: 10152919
Abstract: An electro-optical device includes a first data transfer line that intersects a scan line, a second data transfer line, a first transistor that controls coupling between the first data transfer line and the second transfer line. The two or more second data transfer lines are respectively coupled to the first data transfer line via first capacitors, and when a collection of pixel circuits that are coupled to the same first data transfer line via the second data transfer lines is referred to as a pixel string, the second data transfer lines are provided to pixel circuits less than the pixel circuits included in the pixel string.

  • Patent number: 10134822
Abstract: Subpixels of R, G, and B corresponding to a scanning line as a first conductive layer extended in a row direction and a data transfer line as a second conductive layer extended in a column direction are provided. A plurality of transistors in the subpixel of each of the colors is disposed along the column direction, and a reflective layer in the subpixel of at least one color is disposed along the row direction so as to overlap any transistor of subpixels of each display color. A center position of a disposition region of a reflective layer in one pixel unit including the subpixels of R, G, and B is different from a center position of a disposition region of a transistor in one pixel unit.

  • Publication number: 20180284455
Abstract: The display device includes the first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, a first color filter through which light from the first light-emitting element passes, and a second color filter through which the light from the second light-emitting element passes. • Publication number: 20180261155
Abstract: A transistor circuit outputs a drive current in accordance with a data signal. An OLED that is connected to the transistor circuit emits light with luminance corresponding to the drive current. A discharge transistor, when the OLED does not emit the light, is turned on to connect a discharge feeder line to a node at which the transistor circuit is connected to the OLED. An absolute value of a threshold voltage of the discharge transistor is lower than an absolute value of a threshold voltage of a drive transistor in the transistor circuit. When the data signal indicates zero, the discharge transistor can cause a flow of the drive current from the transistor circuit to bypass the OLED.
