  • Patent number: 8892179
Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing and a coupling portion movably coupling the first housing and the second housing to each other. The first housing includes a guide groove formed in a surface of the first housing facing the second housing that restricts a direction of movement of the first housing and the second housing with respect to each other. The guide groove includes a bottom portion. The coupling portion includes a coupling main body fixed to a surface of the second housing facing the first housing, a guide pin protruding from the coupling main body so as to be able to advance and retreat within the guide groove and including a tip portion, the tip portion being housed in the guide groove, and an urging member urging the guide pin toward the bottom portion of the guide groove.

  • Publication number: 20100197372
Abstract: An information terminal apparatus includes a base plate fixed on the surface of a first housing, having a guide opening formed in the base plate and extended in a direction parallel to the surface of the base plate; and a swing plate including a shaft portion protruding perpendicularly to the surface of the swing plate and engaging with the guide opening, the swing plate being rotatable about the shaft portion with respect to the base plate. The information terminal apparatus further includes a cam mechanism having a cam groove provided on one of the swing plate and the base plate, and a cam pin provided on the other of the swing plate and the base plate, the cam pin engaging with the cam groove, the swing plate being rotatable while sliding in the direction with respect to the base plate when external force is applied to the swing plate.

  • Publication number: 20040012701
Abstract: A portable electronic device is less subject to aging, and it is easy to obtain assembly accuracy even if there are variations in individual components. The portable electronic device in the form of a mobile phone (100) includes a display (11) for displaying an image, and a camera (20) supported by a bearing (31) and a hinge module (32) for forward and reverse rotation so as to be able to take pictures of images, which can be displayed on the display, from a front side to a rear side of the display. A reflector (34) is rotated in accordance with the rotation of the camera and has a plurality of areas “A”, “B”, “C” of different reflection factors arranged along its circumferential direction. For determination of a control mode, a reflective photosensor (44) optically detects the rotational position of the camera by projecting a beam of light toward the reflector and by receiving the light reflected from the reflector.
