  • Publication number: 20220330440
Abstract: In an electrical junction box, a positioning rib is inserted into a slit in an abutment state in which a circuit board is in abutment with a positioning surface. Projecting portions of a housing are formed projecting from support portions toward the circuit board, and are inserted through penetration holes of the circuit board. Each projecting portion includes a plurality of divided pieces formed elastically deformable in a radial direction. The divided piece has a regulation portion that regulates movement in an insertion and removal direction of the circuit board between the regulation portion and the support portion.

  • Patent number: 10619821
Abstract: An electronic unit includes a circuit board, a light emitter mounted on one side of the circuit board and configured to emit a light, and a resin case accommodating the circuit board on which the light emitter is mounted. The resin case includes a first light-transmission portion configure to transmit the light emitted from the light emitter to outside of the resin case so as to be bright in desired luminance when viewed from the outside. The first light-transmission portion includes an outer-surface-side concave portion which is formed by recessing an outer surface of the resin case so that a thickness of the first light-transmission portion is thinner than a thickness of the resin case except for the first light-transmission portion.

  • Patent number: 7198524
Abstract: The busbar molded article 10 includes: a busbar 12 formed by being stamped out from an electrically conductive substrate; a plurality of terminal parts 17 lined up on the busbar; and a resin band 25 for alignment-correction formed on the side of an end of a plurality of the terminal parts 17, wherein each terminal part 17 is provided with: a first bent part 21 bent by a small bend angle ?1; and a second bent part 22 bent by a large bend angle ?2 by stamping with a pressing machine, the second bent part 22 being formed nearer to the side of a base of each terminal part 17 than the first bent part 21 being formed, so that the resin band 25 is offset to a mold 45 that moves up and down of the pressing machine.
