    Abstract: In a vehicle air-conditioning control apparatus for controlling the temperature and amount of air to be supplied to the interior of a vehicle room to control the air temperature in the room to a command value, a sunlit illumination sensor is provided including a plurality of photodetectors which have sensitivity characteristics varying with an incident angle of light and which are so arranged as to be oriented in different directions, an incident angle calculator is provided which calculates, on the basis of output signals of the photodetectors, an angle the sunlight ray makes to either of the righthand side and lefthand side of the vehicle and an angle of elevation of the sun relative to the horizontal plane of the vehicle, and distribution of air supply amounts on a horizontal plane within the room is controlled in accordance with calculated values delivered out of the incident angle calculator.
