    Abstract: A wireless communication device performs a communication with a communication device wirelessly. The wireless communication device comprises a communication information acquisition unit, a selection unit, and a communication unit. The communication information acquisition unit acquires a communication information from the communication device using a short distance wireless communication, the communication information indicating a plurality of communication paths available to the communication device and other than the short distance wireless communication. The selection unit selects one of a plurality of communication paths other than the short distance wireless communication based on the communication information. The communication unit performs a communication with the communication device in the selected one of the plurality of communication paths.
